    @Gabriel Boettcher To repair access to the KSC Web Console, Before beginning the entire process of restoring access to the Web Console, close all open browsers or those that are accessing the Web Console link. Open Control Panel (from the Run menu, use the appwiz.cpl command) → Programs and Features. Select the Kaspersky Security Center Web Console product and click Uninstall/Change. Choose your preferred language > OK. Select Reissue Certificate and click Next. Wait until the process is complete and then try accessing the Web Console again. Did you do the above procedure?

    Excellent text bob77... I've been using Kaspersky since it was just called KAV, in 2000... it's been 25 years... I personally use the Kaspersky Small Office version, but I recommended Free to my clients because I'm in Brazil, here the economic situation is complicated and many always run to free solutions and end up going for popular but terrible antivirus... I completely agree with you that the conversion rate could be much higher and, personally, I don't stop believing in them, but for me I'm still undecided whether or not to recommend their domestic solution based on the premise that they abandoned the product without giving satisfaction... What happened in the USA may be regrettable and is very questionable, but we are talking about people from all over the world, which is not the USA. Anyway, the only way to wait is to wait.I was looking for information and I'm following it here. I registered just to say that I was also worried about the situation... I didn't want it to be discontinued, but I thought it was disrespectful not to have any information.

    On mmc this worked but in web console it didn't. Still in MMC the devices can't recognize the certificate

    Hallo @einfachich, Du kannst einfach testen, ob ein Kaspersky-Modul des Web-AVs die Verbindung stört oder ob es einen anderen Grund hat. Gehe bitte kurz zu "Einstellungen->Sicherheitseinstellungen->Erweiterte Einstellungen->Netzwerkeintellungen". Dort findest Du etwas weiter unten die Option "Verschlüsselte Verbindungen nicht untersuchen". Aktiviere diese Option testweise, gehe auf "Speichern" und nicke die Warnung ab. Jetzt prüfst Du bitte diese "bestimmte Seiten", ob der Login nun klappt. Kann sein, dass Du die betreffenden Seiten mehrfach laden musst (Browsercache). Rufe bitte keine anderen Seiten auf, bevor Du die Einstellung wieder auf den Ursprung zurückgesetzt hast. Wenn sich etwas getan hat, können wir nun weitersuchen und bestenfalls eine Ausnahme für diese Seiten erstellen. Kaspersky ganz zu deaktivieren ist eine absolute Notlösung, die wir vermeiden sollten.

    Hello @ukBill, Cancel Auto-renewal may not be available in (your) MyKaspersky account - it depends on the original purchase; the quickest way to resolve the issue is to log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select Email, then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history* , (you'll) receive an automated email response with an incident reference number - prefixed with INC000* & shortly after a Kaspersky Customer Service representative will contact you & provide assistance - they may take a few days, please patiently wait. I have had a ridicules quote for renewal so I have decided to cancel the auto renewal, but i cannot find the "manage subscription" tab on the subscription page, i have gone round in circles and have numerous Kaspersky tabs open but still cannot get to the tab i need to, can anyone help, I have Kaspersky Premium on windows 10 pc

    I agree with Jotapelb that it is disrespectul to its customers for Kaspersky to not provide information about the future of K.Free. I would have hoped Kaspersky staff would monitor these forums and want to close off this speculation, not least because if they were open about closure plans and gave a decent amount of time for people to think about their options, it would likely increase the rate of conversion to paid products. What they actually did was show popup notifications on our computers that were, in effect, a crude attempt to force us into paying within 48 hours. These tactics made me less not more likely to stay with Kaspersky. Vitalik93 has pointed out that K.Free was available to download from the Russian site (and no other country sites). To restrict K.Free to Russia only is an extraordinary decision. Firstly they would be maintaining a product for one country alone and secondly, and far more significantly, they would be re-opening the whole debate about its continued safety that followed the US decision to ban its sale in the US. Kaspersky proudly announced its Global Transparency Initiative including the relocation of data processing to two data centres in Zurich. It did this to stress it was not an arm of the Russian state and its Security Services. To have a product that is restricted to Russia only doesn't seem to be the action of a company wishing to stress its Global reach and freedom from intervention by the Russian state. Perhaps this story is now getting interesting enough for the press and the company's rivals to get interested enough to prod Kaspersky into coming clean with its plans. Avast haven't been reluctant in the past...

    i tried to backup in the same server TF-01 . but it says "certificate incorrect" after i try log on on mmc. I don't understand where does this certificate go after the backup is completed.

    Hello @kusouw, Welcome! What made (you) realise Kaspersky was the root-cause (other than reading Forum topics)? In Kaspersky *Reports* are there any Valorant OR Riot Client events? Post back any (you) find please? Read: How to change Intrusion Prevention settings. Intrusion prevention is the gateway to *Manage applications* Has the Riot Client software been refreshed? Have (you) tried uninstalling Valorant, shutting down the computer, using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login, download a new Valorant installer, install Valorant & recheck, what happens? In Kaspersky Free - IF there's a CROWN 👑icon, the feature/option is *not* available for the Free version. Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋

  24. Добрый день, @Kdreamer, Нужно больше подробностей: 1. Какой роутер? Прошивка последняя? 2. Проблема только с одним сервером или с другими также? 3. Что указывается в логах роутера? Попробуйте пересоздать конфигурационный файл в My Kaspersky и перенастроить роутер.

    Очередной глюк KRD 2024.

    Смотрели, но пока нет идей что пошло не так. Видно что началось в 15:16 и перестало 16:58. Оно воспроизводится? Это из-за того что KRD не знает часовой пояс. Он пишет файлы с датой модификации как в BIOS. А Windows эту дату интерпретирует как UTC время и прибавляет до локального.
  26. Windows 11 version 24H2, Kaspersky free version 21.21.7.384(a). Today while I was playing Valorant, my game abruptly closed and told me to restart the client. I did so and it still didnt let me start it again, I soon realized that it was because of Kaspersky. From reading other topics I have been able to conclude that Im supposed to put Valorant or Riot Client in trusted applications or something like that, but when i tried doing so I just couldnt find it. Its either because Im sleepy or Im just really blind.

    Problema com assinatura premium

    Bom Dia. No dia 15 07 2025, efetuei a compra do KASPERSY STANDARD para um PC, por 34,90. Ocorre que até o momento não consigo regularizar o antivírus. Eu já tinha o Free e quando o acesso, ele não atualiza para o comprado. Já fiz diversas, diversas tentativas e não sei o que ocorre. A kaspersky não reconhece e nem disponibiliza o antivirus, apenas dois outros programas, o VPN e o Who Calls.
