He remained communicative providing occasional updates and reports. However as time passed those updates stopped. Then his phone number became unreachable and his LinkedIn account vanished. The truth hit me hard. I had been defrauded. The sense of betrayal was overwhelming. I was consumed by shame anxiety and regret. I confided in my pastor who has been a longstanding source of guidance in my life. Rather than judge he offered empathy and immediately took initiative. Within days he discovered a cybersecurity firm called PROFICIENT EXPERT CONSULTANT and contacted them via *****@*****.tld. From the outset their team demonstrated unwavering professionalism technical expertise and compassion. They never dismissed my concerns or made me feel foolish.   4. Description Starting from KES Windows version 12.6, it can parse third-party mail base files, but still can't re-assemble them. Malware scan tasks runs in folders where mail base files for Thunderbird or TheBat! are located and finds threats in old mail items. Diagnostics After choosing Resolve or setting "Disinfect, delete if disinfection fails" in the KSC task, nothing changes, and another malware scan task anyway finds the same threats. Workaround and solution Since KES cannot re-assemble third-party mail base files, it also cannot delete the mail items in them. It's required to perform manual deletion of infected mail items in mail base file, after that, compact folders in it. Open mail base file in mail program (Thunderbird or TheBat!) Find and delete the infected email (reported by KES) Compact folders in the mail program guide for Thunderbird: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/compacting-folders guide for TheBat!: https://www.ritlabs.com/en/support/help/63/ Why it's necessary to perform compacting folders: A deleted message is only logically marked for deletion, but physically, it still remains in the mail base file. Compacting folders will remove these items completely.

    Ohne große Ankündigungen hat Kaspersky gestern den Betatest der neuen Version MR23 gestartet. Die erste Betaversion MR23 21.23.1.199 der Produkte Kaspersky Standard/Premium/VPN/KSOS steht somit nun auch zum Download und Testen bereit. Die Fehlerberichte/Abstürze oder auch GUI-Bugs, sollen nun wieder im separaten Betabereich auf dem eap-Server gemeldet werden. Dafür ist eine erneute Anmeldung erforderlich. Der Download der Testversion und nähere Informationen dazu gibt es hier im bereits genannten englischen Betabereich - https://eap.kaspersky.com/topic/6442/kaspersky-vpn-ksos-21.23.1.199-mr23 Nützliche Informationen: Um die Anwendung zu testen, aktiviert man diese mit der im Betabuild enthaltenen Lizenz. Wenn die kommerzielle Lizenz verwendet wird, um die Betaversion der Anwendung zu aktivieren, so wird die für den Betatest aufgewendete Lizenzdauer nicht vergütet/verrechnet. Bekannte Probleme: Das Benachrichtigungscenter und das Berichtsfenster haben einen schwarzen Text auf schwarzem Hintergrund. VPN hat eine sehr blasse Aktivierungsschaltfläche und blassen Text in den Benachrichtigungen. Der Netzwerkmonitor kann namenlose Gruppen für Systemprozesse enthalten Bitte sendet keine Probleme an den Premium Tech Support. Die Beta-Berichte sollen nur in dem externen Beta-Forum veröffentlicht werden.
  8. @Kafluffle Welcome, Also , after disconnecting your device on My Kaspersky : Go to https://my.kaspersky.com/MyLicenses#/portal/pages/licenses/details/ Click on 'Download' When the download is finished your Kaspersky version will automatically be installed and activated.

  10. Ну, именно на том ПК поменьше. Системный NVME SSD на 1 TB (заполнен на 70%), NVME SSD с бекапами 2TB (заполнен на 40%). Но всё равно. 10 минут проверка - температура на 1 градус поднялась и больше не росла. И я всё-таки не очень понимаю, как он так быстро проверил. Настройки все стандартные, полная проверка.

  12. It’s likely that Kaspersky still sees your previous (now formatted) installation as the active device. Since you have a 1-device license, it won’t allow activation on the new system unless the old instance is removed from your account. Here’s what you can do: Log in to your My Kaspersky account at https://my.kaspersky.com Go to "Devices" or "Subscriptions" Locate the old device (it may show as offline or unnamed) Remove or disconnect it from your account Once removed, try installing and activating Kaspersky again on your current system using the same activation code If that doesn't work, contacting Kaspersky Support directly with your license details should help, they can manually reset the license or unlink the old installation.
  13. А что происходит если с компьютера зайти? Если с компьютера тоже не заходит, то у вас что-то где-то не до открыто. И открывать в интернет KSC не безопасно. KSMM подразумевает еще шлюз в DMZ.

    По такому описанию ничего сказать невозможно. Нет волшебной кнопки, по нажатию которой все проблемы, независимо от причины, внезапно исчезают.)

  21. Long story short, I formatted my PC without uninstalling anything from it. Now when I try to install Kaspersky, it demands an activation code. Which I thought I managed to find, but it won't accept it. My OS is Windows 10 version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.2965). I have a Kaspersky Plus subscription for 1 unit. What I suspect is happening is that Kaspersky doesn't realise I formatted my PC and thinks I'm still running it on the now nuked installation. But I do not know for sure

    Это слишком сложно. Понесу кому-нибудь. Уверен что вирус. Прога удалена. К папкам доступа нет. Непонятные процессы и пункт в автозагрузке.

    Поймал вирь. Сел крепко. Касперский не видит , в автозагрузке висит процесс btweb. Не дает даже сохранять скрины на диск С . Не могу удалить некоторые папки.
  26. @XOMA302, лучше создать запрос в техподдержку и выслать это все в рамках запроса. Здесь это может долго пролежать без движения.
