Je vais voir avec le support pour savoir dès maintenant ce que je peux (dois) faire avec l'ancienne licence toujours active et la nouvelle qui est valable 13 mois. Je vais leur demander si ça va basculer automatiquement ou si je dois le faire manuellement et dans ce cas, à quel moment. Je suis quand même super content du prix que j'ai payé pour 1 an et 10 appareils + Safe Kids. J'ai en prime une carte cadeau Amazon de 20€ dans l'offre que j'ai prise sur le site.

@FREDO78 Merci pour votre retour d’information , en ce qui me concerne ma licence a basculé automatiquement vers la licence (internationale) de réserve. Désolé , je n étais pas au courant de cette nouvelle situation.

Bon, j'ai contacté par le support par mail et ils m'ont dit que l'achat d'une licence sur le site entraînait automatiquement la l'activation immédiate de celle-ci. Je leur ai fait comprendre que ce n'est pas ce que j'avais compris avec la nouvelle fonctionnalité qui avait été mise en avant lors de la dernière mise à jour. Il était bien écrit que maintenant il était possible d'acheter une licence et de l'activer plus tard à la fin d'une autre licence. Je ne comprends d'ailleurs toujours pas comment et où acheter une licence pour avoir la possibilité de la mettre en réserve. Au final, ils m'ont rajouté 30 jours sur la nouvelle licence pour ne pas perdre être pénalisé par cette activation immédiate qui m'avait fait perdre 30 jours car l'ancienne licence n'expire que dans 1 mois. J'ai quand même dû relancer le support car ils n'avaient prolongé que Kaspersky Premium mais pas Safe Kids. Dans leur dernier mail, ils s'excusaient de cette erreur et maintenant Kaspersky Premium et Safekids termineront à la même date dans 1 an et 1 mois. Maintenant, je vois que sur Mykaspersky j'ai l'ancienne licence active encore presqu'un mois et la nouvelle qui se termine dans 1 an et 1 mois. Ma question est de savoir je bascule maintenant sur la nouvelle licence ou je continue sur celle que j'utilise et ça va basculer tout seul ? Merci.

Yeah Kaspersky VPN update has DNS issues. its definitely how they configured it, i've been having the same problems on mobile as i do for PC.. its been like a month now since I update and still have these problems. I already opened a Kaspersky VPN PC ticket. I hope they do better QA testing in the future for the scenarios like the ones you mentioned and for sites like youtube (actually playing videos for longer then 30 seconds etc...). I hope the devs read the forums 🫠

It's by design. Many locations don't work with secure DNS. For example, Switzerland works, but Australia doesn't work. More details here and here.

Adquiri um Notebook Asus Vivobook16 e não consigo instalar o Kaspersky Premium. A recusa informa : O SISTEMA OPERACIONAL NÃO CUMPRE OS REQUISITOS. A ARQUITETURA ATUAL DO PROCESSADOR NÃO É SUPORTADA.

Почему в США резко отказались от Касперского и заявили о слежке, просмотрев код программы? Понятно, что они там за своими пользователями хотят следить. Но может тогда указывать в Касперском, что и куда программа отправляет, чтобы задуматься, а нужен ли тогда этот Касперский. Сам Евгений Валентинович в КГБ СССР служил и для него ничто не стоит вписать слежку в программе для ФСБ.

Советую ничего дальше не продлевать и не оплачивать. Не хотят ничего в Касперском для людей делать и прогибаются под Роскомпозор - не надо!

После продления подписки и обновления клиента мало того что вместо кучи впн серверов стало только 8, так и самок главное - перестал работать Дискорд (не подключается)

I agree with you. But, it doesn't imply taking decisions out of the user's hands. They should notify you (in clear language for "less experienced users") and let you choose what to do with your money. I still have Windows 7 on one of my machines for some specific tasks. It has also reached its EOL, but MS (bad or good as it may be) didn't install a new version without my permission.

все сделал по инструкциям - и браузеры сбросил и настройки сети и само приложение переустановил и комп перезагружал. после переустановки приложения один раз даже удалось установить соединение а потом опять - "соединение недоступно" в саппорт написал вот жду

I have tried a clean install to no avail. Do feel my symptoms were better associated in the thread youve moved me from. Like DNS related stuff. Have opened a ticket with Support. Just to be clear to anyone else who may be experiencing this the issue is that Whilst CONNECTED to the VPN. The following does not work at all or as intended. Duckduckgo. Cant access their website or use their search engine within a browser. Connection hangs and terminates Indefinitely. X App. Twitter not loading or refreshing its feed properly or loading the Grok Component. Discord. Could not share images from gallery into the app, paste images or load gifs from the gif interface. Somthing causing a blockage to their media servers. App Stores. Could not load Galaxy or Play stores properly. gmail.com - Connection hangs much like duckduckgo. App however works fine. And to be crystal clear every single one of these things has worked fine on vpn on android on a s22 for a year. Until forced update yesterday. The only thing I could see to do on my end was enforce cloudflare DNS which seemed to get 1 or two things to work but alot of these problems remain.

Disable secure DNS in Google Chrome.

So when i use the kaspersky vpn and open google chrome and serach something up it js says DNS problems (DNS address could not be found , DNS_PROBE_STARTED) it just says these and when i close the vpn i can just normally open sites and everything and it only happens with kaspersky vpn, this doesnt happen with other vpns winver

Значит какие-то оптимизаторы и прочие улучшатели. Или мистика.
