I open some software, then kaspersky popup a window. I don't click OK button immediately. Windows locked the screen after some miniute, I clicked mousepad, but full scrren is white screen, and Desktop disappeared Anybody could tell me how to fix it

Все проще на самом деле. Надо удалить расширение и установить его заново через приложение. При этом установится новая версия расширения. Почему оно само не обновляется, не знаю. Может обновится со временем.

Какую именно?

Hello, I'm currently trying out Kaspersky's products. However, I have some doubts about CIDR . My requirement is to "block all IPv6 inbound access to my computer", so I filled in "::/0" in the "Remote Address", but it didn't work. Later, I tried filling in "2409::/16" to block IPv6 addresses starting with 2406, and this time it worked. The main issue is that "::/0" didn't work. Could you please take a look and help me? Thank you~ This function is very important to me.

Merci Berny. Heureux de voir qu'ils ont résolu le problème et c'est bon à savoir que c'était juste un bug. Je pourrais donc acheter une nouvelle licence en toute tranquillité en mois de janvier prochain pour étendre la durée d'utilisation de la version premium. Je dois avouer que si jamais kaspersky cesse son activité, j'aurais beaucoup de mal à adopter une autre solution, voir même impossible et je serais perturbé, j'espères que cela n'arrivera jamais. J'ai été tellement habitué à l'utiliser et depuis plusieurs années qu'aujourd'hui, comment dire ? Je l'ai dans le sang. Portez vous bien et merci pour votre soutien.

Не знаю как с 12.11, но с 12.10 столкнулся с тем, что при обновлении W11 24H2 накопительной обновой от октября или переходом на 25H2, у всех отшибает сеть на некоторое время, особенно актуально перед началом рабочего дня.

Hi I am using Windows 11 (version attached) and Total Security version 21.3.10.391 (m). When I originally installed the game I had no problems but after the 4th or 5th time I got the error below. I was told to try installing it on another drive which I did but the same thing happened. I have ran some tests by closing programs that might clash with the game and the only way it would load is when I turned off Kaspersky. I have tried adding the .exe to exclusions and trusted applications but it still will not load the game when Kaspersky is running. Can you please advise how I can fix this as spending £50 on a game I cannot play due to something Kaspersky is blocking doesn't sit right with me. Any help would be appreciated. Kind regards.
