  3. Получилось, все работает. Добавили устройства через скачивание приложения с Рустора и ввода логина и пароля с my.kaspersky

  5. Спасибо. Оформили новую подписку на РФ, но на странице my.kaspersky не можем добавить новые устройства. Кнопка "Скачать" и "Добавить" не активны. Прилагаю скриншоты. Подскажите что делать? Электронный чек и активация подписки пришли на почту.

    пропали часть серверов не понятно почему ? были еще Российские сервера остался один и то тоже не работает... )))
  11. Аналогичная ситуация, на некоторые сервера подключается но ничего не работает и ничего не загружается в браузере... или же просто пытается и не получается! Второй год пользуюсь, покупал лицензию... что теперь нового искать ?!

    Eu solicito no suporte a redefinição de expiração da assinatura antes ou depois de fazer a compra? é certo que eles fazem isto? Li algumas reclamações no "Reclame Aqui" nas quais a equipe do Kaspersky respondeu genericamente e não resolveu casos semelhantes.

  16. I'm working with Creality Falcon A1 laser, using Falcon Design Space. Today Kaspersky decided that it's a virus and blocked it, deleting most of its files. I didn't know what to do so I clicked disinfect without restarting. Suddenly it started rolling back everything, or so it seemed so. When it finished, there was no icon on the desktop. I tried to run maintenance service of Falcon Design Space, but couldn't fix the issue. Windows said such program doesn't exist. Uninstalled Kaspersky and removed all Falcon files. Now I can't even install it again. I'm furious!

Please read: https://forum.kaspersky.com/topic/after-update-lost-some-servers-and-double-vpn-57341/#findComment-221765 As (you're) both aware there's been a VPN infrastructure change, there's an advisory on Kaspersky's support website: even tho (your) problems are not the same, the action (you) both need to take is: Follow the advisory on the support website = download & install the *new* version, IF it does not fix the problem proceed to 2. Log a support request with Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> select Email, fill in the template as shown, please provide a *detailed-history* & please do not select the AI-Bot to submit the request.   25. I just heard back from Kaspersky support. It appears there will not be a fix rolled out for this, and we should just add URL's to the Trusted URL's section of KSC. I just hope this doesn't affect too many URL's going forward, or it is going to be a busy end to the year!
