Функции приложения полностью определяются подпиской. Поэтому даже для Windows ничего переустанавливать не надо. Надо просто переподключить приложение к аккаунту. В случае с андроидом, это делается через My.Kaspersky (ну либо "Удалить аккаунт" в профиле, что тоже приведет вас на My.Kaspersky).

Je viens d'acheter une licence Premium et lors de l'installation, je n'ai pas eu d'autres choix que "régions autres" avec une langue en anglais. Je suis française, je suis en Nouvelle-Calédonie, territoire français, mon portable est en langue française et pourtant Kaspersky ne me laisse pas le choix ni du pays, ni de la langue. Comment faire pour corriger cela svp ? Je trouve frustrant de devoir perdre du temps alors que la majeure partie des applications tierces s'installent et détectent la langue par défaut de l'OS et suivent cette même logique. Visiblement Kaspersky aime bien compliquer la vie de ses utilisateurs !!

Das Löschen der Berichte möchte ich ehrlich gesagt vermeiden, denn als mal ein Bericht gar nicht mehr exportierbar war, da keine Einträge angezeigt wurden, habe ich das gemacht und dann wurden mir gar keine mehr angezeigt, obwohl ich zum Test mehrmals neu gestartet habe, sodass wieder Einträge wie "Aufgabe wird gestartet" angelegt werden. Da hatte dann nur die Neuinstallation geholfen. Aber ich habe auch vor einiger Zeit gesehen, dass auf meinem Notebook, dass ich alle paar Monate mal anhabe, auch Einträge fehlen. Es scheint also kein PC-spezifisches Problem zu sein. Aber natürlich ist das Notebook auch kein richtiger Vergleich, wenn es nur alle paar Monate und nicht täglich läuft. Dann warte ich mal das Update ab und sollte es funktionieren, ignoriere ich die Berichte lieber komplett und verlass mich auf den Status von Kaspersky oder? Lieber funktioniert das Update, wie das die Berichte nicht vollständig angezeigt werden. Und laut Berichtsexport und der Ansicht im Admin-Konto werden ja alle Aufgaben gestartet.

Добрый день! Перевожу устройства с подписки Kaspersky Plus на Kaspersky Premium. Если с устройствами на Windows всё понятно. Скачиваешь инсталлятор Kaspersky Premium (он отличается от Plus). И ставишь поверх. То с устройствами на Android не понятно. Скачиваю и ставлю APK для Kaspersky Premium - ничего не меняется. Пробую поставить через ссылку Kaspersky Premium на Rustore, там говорится что приложение уже установлено. Вопрос: Как сменить подписку на Android устройствах?

Hallo @scope, anders als früher entspricht das jetzige automatische Upgrade nahezu einer Neuinstallation. Es wird nicht nur "drübergebügelt". Ich würde erst mal abwarten, ob das automatische Upgrade installiert wird. Das kann u. U. noch zig Tage dauern. Tritt dabei ein Fehler auf oder das Upgrade findet nicht nach angemessener Zeit statt, ist in der Konfiguration irgendwo der Wurm drin. Dann möchte ich die Neuinstallation empfehlen. Was ich auf jeden Fall auch noch machen würde: einmal die Berichte löschen und nach zwei oder drei Tagen prüfen, ob wieder alle aufgebaut werden. Das bleibt aber Deine Entscheidung.

VÍRUS NÃO DETECTADO - Arquivo "HOSTS" em C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc Em setembro de 2024, tentei acessar o site da Prefeitura de minha cidade para emitir notas fiscais, mas o site ficava num looping interminável e eu não conseguir inserir nenhuma informação. Foi então que conversando com um colega, ele me pediu para enviar um print do conteúdo do arquivo "HOSTS", e descobri que tinham incontáveis entradas (mais de 1.000 entradas) que não faço ideia de como aconteceu, porque o KASPERSKY PRIMIUM não detectou. Por falta de maior conhecimento, precisei formatar meu computador, e, INFELIZMENTE, novamente estou diante do mesmo problema. Instalei o aplicativo Spybot - Search & Destroy para ver se ele resolveria o problema, mas infelizmente não resolveu, e não estou vendo outra alternativa senão formatar novamente meu notebook. Alguém tem conhecimento de como resolver este problema sem formatar a máquina? Alguém tem conhecimento se o aplicativo Spybot - Search & Destroy é confiável?

Our client wants to acquire: - 12 physical nodes with a virtualization solution to virtualize its infrastructure - 8 physical nodes for VDI with a virtualization solution - Active Directory - Backup appliance He wants an antivirus platform to secure physical and virtual servers. I searched and found that Kaspersky Hybrid Cloud Security can meet this need. Our client wants antivirus protection for his VMs using a lightweight agent. For this, we considered Kaspersky Security for Virtualization Light Agent . I'm looking for answers to these questions: 1- Is only the total number of cores for the virtualization solution that will cover all these nodes required to size this platform? 2. Our client is not going to put all the nodes in the same site; there are nodes that will be deployed on the backup site. Резюмирую. Каких либо артефактов от наличия в системе одновременно и докторовской Катаны и касперовского Премиума не замечено. Катана хоть и редко но обновляется. Так что я купил лицензию на Катану-620р на 2 компа а год. Как говорится -будем посмотреть. Пока-тьфу тьфу-всё путём.
