No VPN for Premium users?

I've bought kaspersky premium, but I'm not getting unlimited vpn, on the website they are asking me to but vpn

1. Has the VPN *application* been signed into with the same email address (you) used to buy the Kaspersky Premium subscription? IF 'no', (you) must do that: 
2. Kaspersky Premium *Unlimited VPN* is for one *User account* - per subscription *only*

Thank you for the update!

1. The Kaspersky Premium VPN allows for one subscriber mail id / log-in to have *Unlimited VPN*.Are you wishing to share the Kaspersky Premium subscription with other people ? IF 'yes' -> those people will get Standard/Free/Limited VPN -> not *Unlimited VPN*. Is that the problem? Please provide more information? OR do (you) still not have Premium VPN? 
2. Since installing Kaspersky Premium, has the computer been rebooted, powered OFF & restarted? 
3. May we know which country (you) live in please @Nishad?

I'm in Russia bought while I'm in India, I'm the sole user of Kaspersky premium, It's not even showing in the web account, I've restarted but ig that's not the problem, it's not even showing in the website
