KSK not able to block some pages in EDGE/Chrome icognito mode in Win 10. Android version does it.

Hi!

I’m using KSK Premium version 1.0.5.8153 on several devices, MAC, IOS, Android, Windows.

I noticed that some pages i.e. explicit adult pages on Reddit webpage are not being blocked on incognito mode for Edge (crhomium Version 92.0.902.67) or Chrome (Version 92.0.4515.131) 

KSK can block such pages succesfully in the Android version for both browsers and even in incognito mode.

Is this a bug?

Our test: 

KC, KSK, Reddit porn, test for rsolis76, 11th Aug, 2021

 

• On the Windows device(s), uninstall KSK, make sure nothing else is active before & during the uninstall, shutdown, using Shutdown, not Restart; download KSK, install KSK, configure KSK, recheck? 

• IF the Reddit porn issue persists please let us know? 

And please include:

1. Windows OS version?
2. Screen prints of the Reddit/porn issue - censored as much as necessary, however, make sure the full URLs are visible please?
3. Child’s birth year?

Thanks for taking a look

Issue still persists after uninstalling and reinstalling KSK following the above instructions.

My windows 10 version is:  10.0.19043.1165

Profile Age is set to 11.

Here is a censored screenshot, of the one of many pages on reddit that are still avaialable, KSK is not blocking them neither on Incognito or normal browsing.

1. Is the default 11yr old template being used for Web activity monitoring? 
2. When the child(ren) go to Reddit, do they get a KSK Warning alert? 
3. When the child(ren) go to Reddit, are they then searching for porn, or does the porn just “appear”? 
4. Are the child(ren) using any Favourites or Bookmarks in the browser? 
5. FYI, there’s another KSK, Reddit topic, by @SethTheVictor: Block a website with Kaspersky Safe Kids. 
6. We’ll continue testing, itmt, please log a case with Kaspersky Technical Support.

We’ve replicated KSK, not blocking porn when Reddit used → normal browser / incognito browser makes no difference. Chrome, Firefox, Edge Chromium →  makes no difference.

KSK version 1.0.5(i).

Hi, thanks for confirming the bug, my wife actually raised a ticket with support,  INC000013088585 which was escalated a few days ago. Awaiting response from support teams.
