Kaspersky Safe Kids Stop Functioning

Kaspersky Safe Kids Stop Functioning. The license is activated, but it doesn´t protect any more.

I tried to reinstalled it, but it is asking for a password. I entered my account password, but it doesn´t function. Has anybody had a similar problem? How did you solved it? Thanks in advance for your help!

Please tell me:

  1. Child’s device type, operating system & version ?
  2. KSK version ?
  3. Are you trying to enter the password via (your) MyKaspersky account or directing on the KSK application ?
  4. Can you show me a screen image of the error/issue please?

  1. Child’s device type, operating system & version ? It´s a laptop, with Windows 10.
  2. KSK version ? I bought KSK on July, but I don’t know the version...
  3. Is KSK Premium or Free? It’s the complete versión.
  4. Are you trying to enter the password via (your) MyKaspersky account or directing on the KSK application ? As it doesn’t function (protects) any more, I´m trying ti uninstall it through Windows, but the uninstall tool asks for a passwd. I entered my account passwd, but it doesn’t function.

 

Additional to this, I have confirmed that tha license is activated.

Everything was working OK, untill a Windows actualization was runned...

Thank you for replying.

  1. To find Windows operating system version: 
  • in Windows Search bar type         winver                          &  press enter
  • A popup window will display the required information 

 

  1. To find KSK version:   
  • Hover the mouse over the tiny KSK icon in the Windows Taskbar 
  • A floating pop window will show the version and patch

 

  • Just to confirm: the MyKaspersky online account password (& email address), is the same password  (& email address) for KSK application.

What happens when you select:

Forgot your password ? 

 

 

Note: (Your) Kaspersky Community account also uses the same email address & password.

  1. What device operating system is KSK installed on? 
  2. Is the “ need to login account” issue a new problem or has always existed?
  3. Has the device been rebooted?

Don’t have cell phone on my hand will reply you shortly 

Is work before, after update new version of Safe Kid it need to login account, but login not function

I tried rebooted the device and still has same problem.
