Hi,

I have Kaspersky Premium version 21.9.6.465.

I installed the Firefox browser and installed the Kaspersky protection and Kaspersky password manager extensions and I have a problem.

The protection extension is shown in grey color, and the KPM is shown in red color and asks me to download and install the Windows app (screenshots attached).

I'd be happy to get help to fix this issue.

It's enabled (see attachment), and I see only the grey icon. The manually install doesn't help.

Do you know more options to fix it?

Try reinstall kaspersky :

1. Uninstall kaspersky do restart pc

2. Install Kaspersky manually update database and do restart again

Check the problem.

If I were you, I would try reinstall kaspersky.

1. remove kaspersky do restart pc

2. Install kaspersky update databases and restart

Run firefox and wait if kaspersky offers you extension click on yes or add.

KPM extension will work but you must download install kaspersky password manager for windows and login.

I assume you already did! Or not? according your first screenshot it is not installed.

Hmmm KPM detected that is installed in browser.

Weird...only 2 options :

1. Maybe reinstall KPM

2. contact Tech Support

Also check open kaspersky antivirus > Security tab in left > scroll down and chceck for installed extensions. Is there firefox?
