Kaspersky block app government website

hi, can you help me?

My government has a web application called efaktur, but Kaspersky always blocks me when I want to access the site and download the certificate for the app.

Can you help me how to allow this site efaktur.pajak.go.id:8443/pkp/

Because I have to disable Kaspersky first to access this site and this can make my pc infected with virus

The site link You are referring has a very obsolete certificate:

 

 

But it seems that app is not available anymore there, even accepting the warnings I got finally a msg that the link is down...

Also, you seem to be using Windows 7. You are using a browser that has not received updates. What is the situation with Mozilla?

When the Scan encrypted connections option is turned off, check if other browsers are connecting.

now I know that the problem about I can't access efaktur, but sadly I cannot info the website owner personally ?.

Maybe some day i will update to windows 10
