Issue connecting to website [MOVED]

Hi,

 

We can connect to our CCTV device via a public IP from any remote internet connection.

I can view the live camera’s but if i try to view some stored footage, it does not work.

If i pause protection and control, it does not work

if i exit the kaspersky application, it does not work.

If i stop the service, it works as expected.

Does anybody know why i would need to stop the service, and how i can still have kaspersky running but access the footage?

Which Kaspersky software is installed:  Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud or Kaspersky Security Cloud for home / personal use?
