  1. Hi, I have prepared KES for windows version 11.8.0 in the cloud portal. Am i expeting all devices with 11.7.0.669 to automatically update to the newer version. if so, how long is it supposed to take? thanks Gareth

  3. Hi, What am i expecting from the IOS MDM from KESC in turns of functionality? Has anybody go it to work? i have installed the MDM profile on a new handset. It shows in the cloud portal, but if i try to send a command from the Portal nothing happens thanks Gareth

  6. Hi, We can connect to our CCTV device via a public IP from any remote internet connection. I can view the live camera’s but if i try to view some stored footage, it does not work. If i pause protection and control, it does not work if i exit the kaspersky application, it does not work. If i stop the service, it works as expected. Does anybody know why i would need to stop the service, and how i can still have kaspersky running but access the footage? thanks Gareth

  8. I have started the trail of end point cloud and have emailed the link to download the app to the user that was created. i install the app on a device, but it does not show up in the devices tab of the cloud console
