I have limited knowledge with technology any advice appreciated

I have bought new phone and I have been hacked with phishing  phone hack is it possible to save my device or should i throw it I had a Kaspersky account relaxed for a bit now password has changed and not receive ing the password reset email does this happen often what can I do to fix it

  1. Check your spam folder & that the email address is correct, and try again.
  2. IF you have a Kaspersky Internet Security subscription license, not Free or Trial & if you still didn't receive an email, the email address you specified is probably not registered on the website, contact Technical Support, select either Chat or Email, fill in Forgot password, My Kaspersky portal template; Support will assist you to resolve the issues. Make sure you explain the "phishing phone hack" in detail to Support, & give them the phone OS version. Support may request logs, traces & other data, they will guide you.
