I just redeemed a Kaspersky TS key I installed it and upgraded to the plus version. After I tried to download KPM it said that I didnt have a sub active.

does KTS not come with KPM and KVPN

  1. KTS comes with Premium KPM & Standard / Free VPN
  2. Upgraded KTS -> Kaspersky Plus comes with Premium KPM & Standard / Free VPN  - read: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ by Danila T.
  3. Make sure you sign into the KPM application with the same email address that you use to sign into your MyKaspersky account

Hey My KPM isnt premium and I did upgrade to kaspersky plus and I did sign in with the correct email

Do you know the reason?

Thank you for posting back & the information! 

  1. Since installing the Kaspersky Plus & KPM software - has the computer been shutdown, using Shutdown, not Restart & then powered on by pressing the power button? 
  2. No, contact Kaspersky Customer Service - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - so they can check your subscription - on the support page - select either Email or Chat, then fill in the template as follows, explain in the problem details you had an original KTS license that you converted to Kaspersky Plus. The conversion to Kaspersky Plus has taken place ok, but the KPM Premium has not.

I already Emailed them and I am waiting for a response
