Устранение Строгий NAT / Strict NAT connection / Port forwarding

Здравствуйте.
При использовании Kaspersky Secure Connection в ряде продуктов (Чаще всего игр, но не только, иногда у стриминговых сервисов тоже)
появляется предупреждение об использовании strict NAT. Которая сильно портит взаимодействие с программами.
Гугл говорит что достаточно включить Port Forwarding / Проброс портов в натройках программы чтобы проблема ушла.
Не подскажите как это правильно и лучше сделать?
В настройках протокол выбирается автоматически.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
