Hey My KPM isnt premium and I did upgrade to kaspersky plus and I did sign in with the correct email Do you know the reason?

I just redeemed a Kaspersky TS key I installed it and upgraded to the plus version. After I tried to download KPM it said that I didnt have a sub active. does KTS not come with KPM and KVPN
