I'm getting BSOD on windows boot after updating to Kaspersky Premium with AI. It is not hardware or windows related, it shows Kaspersky .sys file on minidump. I'm reaching for costumer support for about a week and all they tell me is chkdsk/dism/sfc commands, it doesn't work since it is not a windows problem and a problem with recent version of Kaspersky Premium.

Memory dump.

@WooX

For BSOD’s caused by Kaspersky, K Technical Support is the only option.

Same with me. No changes whatsoever. Only new version with AI of Kaspersky Plus some days ago.

Acording WhoCrashed the culprit could be a faulty driver from Kaspersky (among others causes):

C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\K4W-21-24\klflt.sys

They found a bug and want me to wait until April for it to be fixed🤡, they said I should remove Kaspersky and refuse to give me the following days as bonus on my subscription. Everytime I reboot my computer I get BSOD, I've been a costumer for almost a decade and Kaspersky just gets worse and worse.

Good day, @WooX, the days without a product will be compensated, for sure. We will provide an update in the incident. Sorry about all the trouble.
