Billing information form does not include my country Venezuela, so It doesn't let me proceed with the purchase

Thank you for updating us!

  1. We checked with Kaspersky Technical Support Supervisor, they apologised for the trouble & confirmed the advice @richbuff provided → Venezuela is not listed. They have escalated that specific issue to Kaspersky HQ to find out if Venezuela will be added? →  We’ll update your topic when they respond. 
  2. The Supervisor suggested making a purchase from the Kaspersky Brazil website & in the form address fields, manually enter (your) Venezuelan address, however, he also said, if that does not work, you may wish to contact a Kaspersky distributor from the  Venezuelan distributor list: 

     

     

  3. For product support, again there is no Venezuela , it will be necessary to use Kaspersky Brazilian support, scroll to the lower part of the page, select from:
  • Online Chat
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Remote
