App Updater can't update anydesk software.

Last month until now I tried to update anydesk software on app updater feature but couldn't update.

1. What happened - what errors show when Kaspersky Premium fails to update anydesk? 
2. Please look in Kaspersky Reports for any anydesk events & post back?
3. Note - please post images in English - to convert the Kaspersky Gui to English - by pressing SHIFT + F12 on the keyboard; to revert press  SHIFT + F5 on the keyboard.
4. Are (you) able to update anydesk manually?

app updater can auto update 7zip and winrar on my pc completed but anydesk only can't update by kaspersky app updater
 
i know when i download manual update from anydesk official website and install again can fix problem but want send report to kaspersky case anydesk only can't update by kaspersky app updater.
when click try again button problem not reslove

Yes, definitely, that's the next step; IF other apps are updating automatically, but anydesk fails, logging the issue with Kaspersky Customer Service -> https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/th#contacts -> is the next step. The support team may request logs, traces & other data, they will guide you.
