Activating Kaspersky Premium in India and moving abroad

Hi , I am planning to purchase a Kaspersky premium key in India as my current License is ending soon in less than 35 days.  I am planning to move to Australia in some 1 - 2 months and I was wondering if I purchase 1 Kaspersky premium license ,get it  activate it in India and then move to Australia, Will my VPN and other services active because I've read here that Kaspersky VPN services are being suspended in India and some other countries.

Can someone help me please

  • Read:  About limitations on subscription usingyou can't use Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection, if your account is registered in China or India.
  • ReadHow your subscription works
  • Kaspersky has a 30-day money-back guarantee, leave purchasing Kaspersky Premium Indian to as late as is possible, make sure you get to AUS within 30 days after the KPI subscription purchase, cancel that subscription, get a refund & buy an Asia-Pacific KP subscription *with* Premium VPN included. 

1. IF a Kaspersky Premium subscription is purchased in India it's *without* Kaspersky VPN due to the suspension, refer: https://www.kaspersky.co.in/premium: no VPN is listed in the shopping cart or the specifics of the features -> see image in spoiler:

2. The Indian subscription is designed to accommodate *regional* restrictions - ioo it won't be possible to convert the Premium Indian Subscription to a Premium Asia Pacific subscription, however, (you) should seek clarification from Kaspersky Customer Service -https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  -> select either Email or Chat, then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history

Does this means that if I activate it in India , and then after moving to Australia , I won't be able to use Kaspersky VPN and other suspended services ?

Thank you for posting back & the additional question!

  1. Correct - there's no Kaspersky VPN *included* in the Kaspersky Premium Indian subscription, it's not possible to use something that does not exist - however - as we said in our previous reply - check with Kaspersky Customer Service
  2. Also -> we don't know which other *suspended services* (you're) referring too, please elaborate?

I've just emailed customer care and got an incident number. Will wait for a formal response, Lets see.. Thanks for helping Flood and Flood's wife 😄😁

Thank you for being proactive & please do share any feedback from Kaspersky when it's available? 

  1. Two other things that just came to mind, there's always the option of purchasing Kaspersky Premium with Kaspersky Premium VPN - from Kaspersky's *Global* website - no regional limitations bind those subscriptions -> https://www.kaspersky.com/premium
  2. When & IF (you) do get a Kaspersky subscription with *Unlimited* VPN - the *Unlimited* VPN is for 1 user account on all devices *irrespective* of how many user accounts the subscription is for. All *other* user accounts get standard/free VPN, not *Unlimited*.
