Hallo Bei mir hat folgende Abhilfe den Start des Programms beim Systemstart behoben: - Den Computer stromlos machen; d.h. V1 Desktop-PC: Das Stromkabel abziehen - dann 30 sec. bis 60 sec. den Einschaltknopf drücken (halten) damit alle Transistoren etc. entladen werden. Oder du kannst auch den PC einige Stunden mit abgezogenen Stromkabel stehen lassen. Du musst einfach sicherstellen dass dein System vollständig entladen ist. Hinweis1; Hat dein Netzteil einen Hauptschalter dieses beim Durchführen auf eingeschaltet belassen. Hinweis 2; die CMOS Batterie muss nicht entfernt werden! V2 Notebook: Sicherstellen dass das Netzteil nicht am Gerät angeschlossen ist. Hast du die Möglichkeit den Akku zu entfernen, dann entferne diesen. Mit oder ohne Akku dann folgenden Schritt durchführen. 30 sec. bis 60 sec. den Einschaltknopf drücken (halten) - sicherstellen dass sich das System komplett entlädt. Die meisten Hersteller bieten auch die Funktion Hardware-Reset an, bei dem Hersteller nachlesen wie dieser funktioniert und durchführen. Wie komme ich auf diese Lösung; ich hatte nach dem Update von Kaspersky auch das Problem. Wie es der Zufall so will hatten ich im Haus einen Stromausfall und mein System war einige Stunden stromlos - beim ersten PC Start war das Problem nicht mehr vorhanden. So komme ich auf den beschriebenen Lösungsansatz.
