    in most cases the culprit are the following Avira leftovers:

    For x86 OS:
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\X-AVCSD]
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\X-AVCSD\Launcher]

    For x64 OS :
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\X-AVCSD]
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\X-AVCSD\Launcher]

    Manual deletion of the registry branches above helps to resolve the issue.

    В большинстве случаев причиной являются следующие хвосты Авира в реестре: 

    Для x86 Операционных Систем:
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\X-AVCSD]
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\X-AVCSD\Launcher]

    Для x64 Операционных Систем:
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\X-AVCSD]
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\X-AVCSD\Launcher]

    Их ручное удаление помогает решить проблему.

    Thank you for the information and logs, developers are working on it in frames of the mentioned above bug.  Now we have only two sets of logs. We need more logs from affected customers, because there are two SSL-errors were described in this topic:

     

    SSL_ERROR_RX_MALFORMED_SERVER_HELLO

    SSL_ERROR_BAD_MAC_READ

     

    It looks like they are related, but we need more information about problem reproduction and traces from affected machines in order to resolve this issue.

    I created the Bug 5501363: [SUPPORT] Youtube and some other google sites do not open in Firefox with SSL_ERROR_RX_MALFORMED_SERVER_HELLO

     

    and I will keep you informed. 

     

    Workaround, which must help to resolve the issue: add problematic domain to SSL-scan. Also one customer informed us, that opening new tab with problematic domain helps to resolve the issue.

    we have faced to these errors only when SSL-scan settings were set to -Always scan encrypted connections.

     

    Please check encrypted connections settings in Kaspersky settings, make sure, that it has default settings: 

    -Scan encrypted connections upon request from components.

     

    If the problem persists with default settings, create the request to technical support:

    Submit us traces with reboot and the problem reproduction:

  5. I have not received any messages from them yet, I sent them an email and a message through the site and spoke with their automated answering machine on the site and sent an email to the company “nexway” and I have not received a response yet.

    We have faced to similar issue before:

    Bug 3281096: [SUPPORT]Firewall blocks Chrome Remote Desktop connection 

     

    Try to add the files below:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome Remote Desktop\71.0.3578.15\remoting_host.exe

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome Remote Desktop\71.0.3578.15\remoting_native_messaging_host.exe

     

    (71.0.3578.15 - probably you have another version of application)

     

    to both "Manage exclusions" and "Specify trusted application" options in Threats and Exclusions settings. 

     

    Check the box: Do not scan all traffic for these .exe files in "Specify trusted application" option.

     

    Inform us about results.

  8. Few days before I got the problem solved when I reinstall KSK. But again facing the same problem after few minutes. I contacted the customer service. They asked me send the log files and screen shots. Then they replied it as a bug and are trying to fix it.

  9. Using SafeKids in unrestricted (Parent mode). Tried using Chrome, Edge and IE. It works if I disable SafeKids. 

    No issues on mobile with Safekids enabled. Have not found any issues with any other sites so far.

  10. Здравствуйте!  Имеется ли в Kaspersky Safe Kids ( или хотя бы планируется ли)  функция ограничения времени на всю категорию или на несколько категорий приложений? Например, необходимо ограничить ребенка в играх на 1 час в день, т.е. не какой-то конкретной игры, а прямо всех подряд. Я нашел в настройках что можно ограничить время для каждой игры в отдельности, но тогда выходит что время, проведенное в каждой игре не суммируется в итоге в этот отведенный 1 час, а ребенок получает 1 час для каждой игры по отдельности. Как быть? Может как-то это можно реализовать?

    Но вот по срокам реализации, к сожалению, информации нет.

  11. Да, какая-то проблема.

    Больше всего сбивает с толку то, что она возникла из ниоткуда, внезапно. Я нигде не лазил в настройках, ничего не менял, не трогал и т.д. Офис вроде тоже не обновлял, не трогал (хотя винда может самая там что-то втихаря делает, не знаю...).

    А сейчас проблема не наблюдается, она также внезапно ушла. Не нравятся мне такие симптомы… А сделать ничего особо то и не могу.

    Недавно столкнулся с такой же проблемой у себя на компьютере. Суть была в том, что на указанном ресурсе “протух” сертификат. Насколько я помню он был до 5 октября 2021. Это можно посмотреть в деталях сертификата. 

     

    В данном случае продукт сработал корректно, ведь были действительно проблемы с сертификатом на указанном сервере. 

     

    По всей видимости проблему уже устранили.
