Don't use Kaspersky Removal Tool (it may lead to issues) unless You got issues with standard uninstallers for KP and KVPN that You will find in Your Windows Control Panel -> Programs and Features.

I guess You already have Your W11 completely update via Windows Update, check Optionals also.
Also check the health of Your system hard disk, perform a ScanDisk.
And finally, I would migrate Your KTS to the new product line, download:
https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product
Your KTS will become automatically in Kaspersky Plus.

@Nuclear Lightning: do You get that warnings if You have Chrome or other browser running?
It looks like to me that maybe those warnings are just fake warnings from the browser.
Do a reset setting of Your main browser, check if some suspicious add-on...
Download AdwCleaner tool, run it and paste here the result of the log.

Ahora la situación ha cambiado incluso más, ya que incluso la versión Free no residente de MalwareBytes, es considerada como incompatible, la puedes mantener en el sistema, pero las nuevas versiones de Kaspersky te van a advertir (creo que de vez en cuando) de su presencia, y la notificación ahora ya no se puede ocultar / ignorar...
Yo personalmente uso AdwCleaner... y algunos otros analizadores independientes (no necesitan instalación) de otras casas de seguridad: EmsiSoft Emergency Kit, Norton Power Eraser (cuidado con los falsos positivos), RogueKiller Portable (versión Free).

Download this tool: https://www.resplendence.com/download/RegistrarHomeV9.exe
Once installed, run a search in Windows registry with word: kaspersky
The tool will find all the entries, select them all on the right, and then delete.
Reboot the system.

¿Has probado a desinstalar con su des instalador desde Panel de Control -> Programas y Características, y volver a instalar?
Doy por hecho que no has modificado nada en el sistema, pero por el mensaje de error... ¿no habrás desconectado nada?

Si, es un bug que solo se reproduce en W11, si instalas KPlus sobre una versión anterior, la solución es desinstalar completamente y volver a instalar, o revisa este hilo:

Ok, prueba a desinstalar completamente KPremium, usando su desinstalador desde Panel de Control -> Programas y características.
Luego descarga de nuevo la versión 21.16 y reinstala.
