New Tab Page Hacked

I all of the sudden have a new set of links showing up on my google chrome browser. See attached. How do I change it back? Is that from a malware?

Kaspersky is blocking malware.
Please set your homepage e.g. on Google?

    That's the problem. i can't change the setting. It was set on google forever. now it just changed. It has got to be a hack spyware.

    Please download / run AdwCleaner (*) as ADMIN and post the TXT-log before cleaning eventual detections.
