I've tried to find the cause but haven't succeeded. However, once I temporarily disabled Kaspersky's protection, the WASAPI error disappeared, but when I turned it back on, the WASAPI error reappeared.

И поменять батареи в UPS. Очевидно же, что проблема в ПО, а не в железке, при перегреве ПК будет работать в целом медленнее, ибо процессор будет сбрасывать частоту, и только так. Обновил он уже. Проблема там не в антивирусе, а в браузере, который как-то не так работает. Потому - проверить на другом браузере - это для начала.
