Последнее время не замечена проблема. После накатки патча ОС extension перестал запрашивать пароль, после внсения мастер-пароля в приложение. Спасибо.

Удалил,скачал последнюю версию с сайта,ничего не поменялось.Как только подключается VPN ,блокируется выход в инет по моей локальной сети.Раньше до обновления такого не было.

Спасибо, но 15-ая версия была очень давно, как я понимаю. Буду писать обращение в поддержку

I tried again and was finally able to get an email confirmation back. Why this didnt happen before I think is due to ublock origin on firefox with all filters on. i'm not sure, but the only difference was that i removed and reinstalled ublock origins and left the default settings. I'm guessing they will take a few days to get back to me. Thanks Danila 😊

Такая же проблема на ноутбуке Самсунг Windows 7 Домашняя расширенная, после обновления программы при подключении VPN блокируется выход в сеть по WI-FI,хотя показывает что VPN подключен. Попробую.
