Тоже самое я уже и заявку создал и общался и у меня также проблема при подключении просто нет интернета проходит время он vpn пытается переключиться сегодня попытаюсь связаться с провайдером но это не в нем дело, поддержка пишет поменять провайдера и попробовать, ну что такое ну нельзя что ли оставить я же купил его подписка и все не работает. удобно же. И главное - никакого мошенничества. Зачем Вам настолько подробные сведения о моем ПК? Почему не хватит файла dxdiag? Зачем инфа о браузерах?? И это я еще глубже не лез в запрашиваемый вами отчет. Причем они к вашему ВПН??

Hi ... Our dev team all have Kaspersky EndPointSecurity installed which is quarantining the installed files when we install "TestContainers" which we need to test the software we are developing. TestContainers is a well known unit testing system that is widely used. There are reports that Kaspersky's detection is a false positive, but it has not been resolved. The install path is "C:\Users\TC\AppData\Roaming\Testcontainers Desktop" I tried to create an exception to exclude %APPDATA%\Roaming\Testcontainers Desktop\ in security profiles that I hoped would stop the install being quarantined, but it is not working. A screenshot of the exception config is attached. This is a real headache, any suggestions would be appreciated. tC/.

Grüß euch, ich habe ein Kaspersky Premium jahresabo letztes Jahr für 3 Geräte geholt, das VPN hat super funktioniert. Vor einer woche habe ich mein fast ausgelaufenes abo gekündigt und ein neues jahresabo für 5 geräte geholt. seitdem ist auf dem laptop die funktion "Double VPN" verschwunden und die server sind von ca.180 auf 87 reduziert worden. woran kann das liegen/ kann ich das noch wiederherstellen? Die Verbindung funktioniert zudem auch sehr schlecht.

Hello together, the issue with too many redirects can be workarounded by exclusions or setting the option "Decrypt an encrypted connection with the website that uses EV certificate " https://support.kaspersky.com/help/KESWin/12.11/en-us/175124.htm This behavior is in progress by RnD and it will be fixed soon independend from the workaround given. Unfortunately there is no time frame when it is fixed. So the current solution is to use the workaround.

100% артефакты. В общем списке устройств вижу только свои (которые к плюсу привязаны). При этом в этой free - устройств не вижу, но вижу, что их 2\3
