Hallo @MisterNobody, eine schnelle Behebung ist leider nicht drin. Der Fehler wird erst mit MR23 behoben, es kann aber noch viele Wochen dauern bis sie erscheint. Die einzige Möglichkeit besteht für den Moment darin, auf die MR21 zurückzugehen. Das erfordert aber noch zusätzlichen Aufwand, da das automatische Upgrade auf die MR22 durch einen Registry-Eingriff gesperrt werden muss. Wenn Du diesen Weg gehen möchtest (und kannst), stelle ich Dir die Einzelheiten zusammen.

Hello Xpreme, before deleting a license from KSC you have to make sure the counter has value "0". Doubleclick the license you want to remove and check Devices. Remove the flag to automatically distribute the license to clients. Then move such devices to group "Unassigned Devices" or remove them completely from KSC. Refresh License view and check if counter is 0. Once done you can delete it. If the license is also added to the Administrationserver properties, remove it there and add the new one. If you want to remove the license from client directly you need administrative rights and you can use commandline parameters to do that as described here: LICENSE. Добрый день, проблема будет решена в следующем обновлении версии (21.23). Временное обходное решение - установить предыдущую версию (21.21) и отключить автоматическое обновление до 21.22. Чтобы продукт не обновился автоматически на более новую версию, необходимо добавить в реестре строковый параметр IsVersionUpdateEnabled со значением 0 Последовательность действий: 1. Установить 21.21 2. Отключить Самозащиту в настройках продукта. 3. Выгрузить продукт (правой кнопкой мыши по иконке в трее и выбрать "Выход") 4. Открыть редактор реестра: Нажмите на «Пуск» левой кнопкой мыши; В правой колонке найдите пункт «Выполнить» (оба шага можно заменить сочетанием Win+R) В окошке «Запуск программы» напишите команду «regedit» (без кавычек) и нажать кнопку «ОК» 5. Затем перейдите в раздел реестра: Для x64 операционной системы: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\KasperskyLab\AVP21.21\environment добавить string (строковый) параметр IsVersionUpdateEnabled со значением 0. Для x86 операционной системы:: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\KasperskyLab\AVP21.21\environment добавить string (строковый) параметр IsVersionUpdateEnabled со значением 0. 6.
