The problem is still not solved. The Cyberlink screen recorder works fine when Kaspersky Plus is completely turned off but freezes when Kaspersky Plus is switched on but only on my Windows 11 Desktop PC. The problem does not occur on my Windows 10 laptop with the same version of Kaspersky Plus. I think I will use another screen recorder on my desktop PC. There's one included in Windows 11 and I will check if that one is OK for making tutorial videos.

В самом сбербанке можно включить антивирус. Вот его думаю нужно включить, чтобы воспроизвелось. Но сам я не проверял.

Там по идее нужно в них антивирус включить.

У меня на Google Pixel 8 Pro, никаких проблем. Сбербанк Онлайн, ВТБ Онлайн молчат, как партизаны.
