@TAE I understand your dissatisfaction but Kaspersky Technical Support is your best option. I assume that you are on the latest Windows update ?

Где она так считает? Просто нужно собрать данные, чтобы дать правильный совет для включения, т.к. пользователь считает, что есть проблема. А в чем проблема? Я так и не могу понять, ведь отключать защитные функции ОС также плохо, как отключать эту функцию в продукте. Что же хуже - это еще вопрос. Скорее всего просто что-то еще не отключили, чтобы заработало. Надеюсь, после всех отключений Вы хотя бы перезагружаете ОС?

Thanks for your reply. I have already read this announcement and it doesn't help. "We’re truly sorry that you’re experiencing some temporary issues" It's not temporary. It has been a month. My patients have been exhausted. Changes to the service should have been tested before inflicting them upon the customer. I don't appreciate being used as an unpaid beta tester.

Allen, die mir geholfen haben und Ideen hatten, herzlichen Dank. Letztendlich half Kaspersky vollständig zu deinstallieren und danach eine Neuinstallation. Nun sind alle Behinderungen vorbei. Euch allen vielen Dank, schöne Weihnachtstage und ein gutes 2026 pmg

Добрый вечер! Может это поможет.Вы вроде должны быть в курсе Техподдержке отправил трассировки и то что они просили,но они пока обошлись этим но проблема, не изменилась к сожалению. Техподдержка считает,что это не нормально потому что, не работает компонент защиты,а зловреды только и ждут эту брешь в системе😀 Посмотрел на эту проблему и как понимаю её, не решили ещё с времён КТС и периодически всплывает,а может её уже никто не видит или не обращает внимания.

Отправил все отчеты запрашиваемые поддержкой. Теперь будем ждать ответа

It has been almost a month since the VPN service has been operating poorly. Many sites take an unacceptably long time to load, including this one. I couldn't even login to this forum with the VPN enabled. (London server) I had to disable it to make this post. I have updated to the latest version. (21.23.6.614-2) I have waited patiently. I have kept quiet until now. The VPN is still broken. What's going on? I will not contact support to be fobbed-off and strung along. This is clearly an issue with Kaspersky's end, not mine. When will this be fixed? Will there be some kind of compensation? I'm losing patients.
