@Alebit Run this utility to check for incompatible software, then attach a screenshot of the scan result here. If there is "incompatible software not found" - contact support, provide GSI report and traces collected when reproducing the problem. -

This is not the full version. I hope that the OS has been updated regularly.) Yes, some problem with ssl scan, details here. It's a good idea, why not - the address is safe. It's unclear: encrypted DNS in W10? How, it's not supported... -

K-Plus, seltsames Update der Datenbank
Ich starte immer wieder mal ein Datenbank-Update von Hand. Das ging bisher immer recht schnell und war in weniger als einer Minute abgeschlossen. Unter Quelle wurde da gerade aktuell folgendes angezeigt: Quelle: https: //s03.upd.kaspersky.com/ Letzte Woche, am Freitag habe ich dann bemerkt, dass sich was geändert hat, die Quelle variierte ständig und es dauerte auch insgesamt mehr als 3 Minuten. Das blieb so bis heute. ( Ich habe diesen Ablauf als MP4-Video aufgenommen, kann das aber leider hier nicht einfügen) Nach dem Update wurde dann auch immer angezeigt, dass die Datenbanken jetzt aktuell sind. Also alles gut. Heute, kurz vor mittag hatte ich dann die Warnmeldung auf dem Schirm, dass die Datenbank seit 10 Tagen nicht aktualisiert wurden. Frage: Was habe ich da in den letzten Tagen aktualisiert? Ich muss betonen, das ich in dieser Zeit an keinen Einstellungen "rumgedreht" habe. Ich war das wirklich nicht, ich schwör'!!! Jetzt war auch wieder die o.g. Quelle da und es lief auch wieder recht zügig, plus dem etwas mehr für die 10 Tage ohne Update. Eine anschließende vollständige Untersuchung hat keine Probleme angezeigt. Trotzdem habe ich ein ungutes Gefühl. War das nur bei mir so? P.S. Ich habe leider erst morgen gegen 11:00 wieder die Gelegenheit hier ins Forum reinzuschauen. asbachuralt -

What I find truly incredible is that the Kaspersky Antivirus scan does not work and crashes my computer...while the Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool that you can find here https://support.kaspersky.it/common/uninstall/1464 and that also scans the pc for viruses or malware software works perfectly and does not cause any problems. Similarly, other PC scanning tools such as Norton, F-secure, Eset, etc. do not cause any problems. -

Any Videos or Tutorials available to learn Kaspersky Security for Virtualization
Dear All, Are there any videos or tutorials (screenshots) available to learn how to install KSV? Online help doesn't help to get the job done. I also did not find any in partner portal that is helpful. Why are there no videos for Kaspersky Endpoint Security? Kindly help, I am the only one who is facing this issue. How to reach to someone from Kaspersky to let them know about this? -

Thanks for reply. Well..I have already tried both things. The first time, I overwritten the new version of Kaspersky antivirus on the one installed on my PC. The second time, I uninstalled (using the Kaspersky removal tool software) the program installed on the PC...and then I installed again the new version. In both cases, the problem remained the same. A little while ago, I tried to modify the antivirus check (as well as the system memory) and the startup items (see image attached) When I ran a full system scan again, this time it reached over 60,000 files... but then my PC crashed. I noticed that the scan never goes beyond 1%. -

Getting a "website dns.google:443 may not display correctly" pop-up
I'm on Windows 10 22H2 and Kaspersky version is Kaspersky Premium 21.22.7.466(c) The error pops up as soon as the laptop starts...at the windows login screen itself. If I add to exclusions it stops. If I then clear the Exclusions list, it reoccurs after a few minutes. Is this a certificate issue? I'm thinking I'll just leave it on the exclusions for now and clear it after a few days to see if it fixes itself.
