Thanks for the tip, it worked for the 44 threats so finally I could remove most of it. Now after several deletion and compression and reboots, I still got one last one that does not want to move anywhere...

HI ! Thank you for your reply and sorry I am a bit late to answer (haven't rebooted for some time now and the problem slipped my mind). Not knowing if that was possible, I did an internet search : setting a static IP to this virtual adapter seems possible using a netsh command at computer start or user login (superuser.com). I don't have time right now to test but will report back. The best solution would be if the Kaspersky option I mentionned before was working... Regards.

Have (you) recently changed anything about the configuration for the web-portal & is this a *new* issue OR has it always existed? In the browsers, have all cookies/history & cache - for linksys* OR 192.168* OR 10.0* been removed/cleared? In Kaspersky Reports, are there any errors OR alerts related to linksys* OR 192.168* OR 10.0*? Please provide the *full* W10 OS Build number, in Windows Search, type WINVER, select the WINVER app & post back the information shown please? Using ipconfig - confirm the Default gateway is 192.168.1.1? In Windows, Network and Sharing Center, confirm Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) has Obtain an IP address automatically & Obtain DNS server address automatically - configured? Has a full router reset been done - including -> first powering OFF the PC using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, disconnecting all connections from the PC to the router *and* remove the power cable; powering OFF the router by using the power button - do not do this unless (you) have the router password. To connect back, power ON router first, connect the power cable back to the computer; turn on the computer by pressing the power button, login, connect any communications cables between computer & router, start browser, recheck? Здравствуйте! Та же проблема. Живу в России, язык операционной системы русский. Купил Касперский Plus, в профиле Касперского стоит Россия. Пытаюсь прикрепить новую подписку пишет пишет не правильный регион. уже неделя после оплаты прошла, а я из-за этой заморочки пользоваться защитой не могу. Еще при регистрации на сайте меня касперский автоматически переключается на английский язык в домене .com Помогите.

Well I did the uninstall, shut down and figured I'd check if I can get into my web portal, still no go. So I reinstalled KTS after starting my PC back up and I'm still unable to get into the portal. I have no idea why I can't log into the web portal when my PC still has access to the net or why I can enter web portal from my cell but not the PC. After uninstalling KTS and still not able to get in I'm gonna assume it's not KTS that's causing my issue. I'd like to thank you for you help, we didn't solve my issue but I was able to eliminate my suspicion of to what the cause was, I just wish I know what the problem was.
