Since some time I can't use Cyberlink Screen Recorder 4 (included in Power Director 365) anymore. I can start the program but it freezes and I need to stop it in the Task Manager. As suggested by Cyberlink I tried to run the program with the auto startup of Kaspersky disabled and it worked fine. As soon as I start Kaspersky Plus, the issue is back and I can't run Screen Recorder. PowerDirector works fine but screen recorder freezes after starting it. Any ideas or suggestions on how to solve this?

Try to disable Kaspersky FireWall and try again, if still issues, try to disable one by one the other protection modules, to identify where could be the culprit.
