Перелопатил много информации масштабы конечно жесть я не могу представить и сейчас все сводится никто ничего не знает , и особенно техподдержка, у каждого свои видение ситуации, вы мне вот что скажите мне дали лицуху где 5 или чуть больше стран , это что подброс кости чтобы не гавкал , я почему пишу если бы вы вернули деньги а я так понимаю это не возможно так как прошло время я бы наверно даже слово не сказал так я не могу я так понимаю вернуть и тем более что куплен через стороннего не через Вас.

раньше было так-но после продления подписки стало всего 8 локаций причем подписка безлимит куда все пропало

Почитал я ветку и понял, что попал ... Буквально вчера попросил знакомого посоветовать надежный ВПН, для работы с ютубом. Он посоветовал ЭТО. Вот только видимо он сидит еще на "старой версии" и не подозревает, что у новых пользователей ничего вообще не работает. Какой, в козью трещину, ютуб ?) Тут даже собственный сайт косперского с поддержкой перестает открываться стоит лишь активировать ваш Secure прости Господи Disconection. В связи с этим у меня лишь 1 вопрос - как мне отменить подписку и вернуть деньги?

IF the answer is 'yes' Kaspersky have (your) case in their system & will contact (you) is due course, please patiently wait, Kaspersky will assist to cancel auto-renewal. I have to followed the instruction how to cancel the automatic renewal payment. But still can't and it shows me theres an error, and should try again. I sent email to Customer Service but theres no reply until now.😟
