That sadly is the outcome we dreaded but also expected - did you revert & advise Kaspersky the issue is *not* solved & ask them - how it's solved? Kaspersky's *version* of *solved* may be that they've 'logged the issue with the developers'; to the subscriber that's *not* solved - that's escalating the issue to the team who are responsible for fixing the b* issue. You need to let Kaspersky know the issue is not *solved* otherwise they will close the INC. Please post back the incident request number, it's prefixed with INC0000? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋

Добрый вечер, И не сможете. В одном аккаунте можно актировать только одну лицензию Kaspersky Secure Connection, вторая будет резервной. Если хотите активировать вторую лицензию Kaspersky Secure Connection, тогда нужно создать второй аккаунт My Kasperky на другую электронную почту и добавить туда новую лицензию Kaspersky Secure Connection и подключить новые устройства.
