А толку то? Если оно не работает. Исключение добавил , антивирь ключился и опять ничего не работает.

Thank you, couldn't reply on time but I did get an email the next day saying the order was refunded, I haven't received the money back but it's probably just my bank. I'm mostly annoyed that I had to leave. Used the service for years and was really happy with it, didn't need to change at all. I'll stick to the antivirus only and I know it's almost certainly not related to you but the lack of communication was and still is an issue with this, nobody should care or needs to know if it was cost-saving or navigating political bs or "seemed like a good idea at the time" but some technical updates instead of silence and basic troubleshotting would have definitely make me stick around longer. Hope you get things sorted and the service goes back to something similar to what it used to be, because it was really good. Thanks again.
