To resolve this, add QuickBooks as an exception in your antivirus settings. Here's how: Open your antivirus program. Navigate to the settings or preferences. Look for an option to add exceptions or exclusions. Add the QuickBooks program files (e.g., QBW32.exe) and your company file folder to the exceptions list. Save the changes and restart your computer. This should allow QuickBooks to access the company file without interference from the antivirus. If the problem persists, consider temporarily disabling the antivirus to test.

OK thanks, it is a pity, you will loose a lot of customers as more and more people like me had more than enough problems with Windows and now Apple too, they will all turn to Chromebook as they can also use Android Apps and also Linux apps. Hola. Tengo Outlook 2010. Tengo Kaspersky plus 21.17.7.539. Se que hay versiones más nuevas pero Outlook me funcionó correctamente hasta que se actualizó el Kaspersky a esta versión que tengo ahora. No puedo cambiar la versión de Outlook por lo que solicita una solución sobre el problema que es con la aplicación de Kaspersky. Si desactiva la aplicación de Kaspersky, entonces Outlook funciona correctamente por lo que tengo la certeza de que el problema es el Kaspersky ( no es problema del Outlook ni del servidor Exchange; no es problema de ficheros .pst corruptos; no es problema de indexación de carpetas porque está completa la indexación) ** El problema es el siguiente: El Outlook tiene una cuenta de correo interno de Exchange y una cuenta de correo normal externa tipo pop3. Al entrar en Outlook (sólo lo hace al entrar) se queda varios minutos bloqueado. Se pone un reloj de arena en el icono de Outlook en la barra de estado y si pone el ratón encima dice “Microsoft Outlook está solicitando datos al servidor”; al cabo de unos minutos ya se pone normal y se queda funcionando correctamente. Si cierra Outlook, cierra Kaspersky y vuelvo a entrar a Outlook, entra perfectamente y rápido por lo que está claro que es algo que hace Kaspersky. No quiero desactivar Kaspersky porque es necesario para controlar y protegerme de los correos electrónicos que recibo. ¿Me pueden ayudar? Gracias y saludos.

When I attempt to run the GeForce Nvidia program, I have difficulty accessing the login screen. It seems that Kaspersky protection causes the login screen to malfunction or not appear correctly. I have temporarily disabled Kaspersky protection and was able to access the login screen in the GeForce Nvidia program without any issues. However, after re-enabling Kaspersky protection, the problem reoccurs, and I am unable to access the login screen in the GeForce Nvidia program. I am using Windows 10, the latest version of GeForce Nvidia, and the latest version of Kaspersky. I have disabled the protection components one by one, but the problem persists. I also created an exception for the program, but the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, I have reinstalled the GeForce Nvidia program, but the problem continues. I would like to know if there are any other settings or exceptions I can apply in Kaspersky to allow the GeForce Nvidia program to function correctly without having to disable the protection entirely.
