Добавил лицензию KSeC в личный кабинет, смартфон привязан к личному кабинету. При попытке включить через kisa версии 11.111.4.11505 выдаёт При этом на ПК нормально коннектится клиент для windows. Где в законодательном акте написано, что на смартфоне запрещен, а на пк разрешен?!

Como usuário da VPN da Kaspersky, tenho enfrentado problemas ao tentar utilizar o Copilot da Microsoft. Sempre que tento acessá-lo, recebo uma mensagem de erro informando que fui desconectado e o chat é encerrado imediatamente: "Desculpe, parece que você foi desconectado. Entre novamente". Essa incompatibilidade entre os dois serviços tem sido bastante frustrante, pois dificulta a minha experiência de utilização. Seria importante investigar essa questão e buscar soluções para garantir uma integração mais suave entre a VPN da Kaspersky e o Copilot da Microsoft.

Hola, en el foro habéis puesto los instaladores de kaspersky plus, standard etc. Al bajar el ejecutable, me llama la atención que me dice bienvenido a kaspersky standard, cuando tengo instalado el plus, por ello no le doy a seguir.... ¿Puede ser correcto y luego cambia? ¿Por qué hace eso? Tenía entendido que al ejecutar detecta el que tiene y lo actualiza.... pero parece que me instala el standard

проверил - можно. Это действительно баг, по хорошему нужно править. Откроют новое тестирование, нужно тестерам подкинуть, пусть баг заведут.

Вообще, если исключения можно настроить таким образом, т.е. указать "выбранные компоненты", но ничего при этом не выбрать, то это мелкая, но все же бага на GUI. Оно по-хорошему должно блокировать создание таких исключений.

Конечно не так. Вы как минимум должны указать компонент антивируса, который этот файл удаляет.

Файл или папка, напишите так: c:\Program Files\Dolphin Anty\Dolphin Anty.exe Или так: c:\Program Files\Dolphin Anty\** Компоненты защиты: Мониторинг активности (или Все компоненты).

Помогите плз, я наверно как то не так исключение настраиваю?

Добрый день У меня удаляется постоянно .ехе файлик, который я вроде как, добавил в исключения (всю папку). Ниже скринами покажу исключение, и лог о удалении.

очевидно потому, что вы неправильно создаете исключения. Покажите скриншот ваших исключений.

Имеется файл в нем Kaspersky Free находит даже не вирус, даже сам пишет - не вирус, а not-a-virus:UDS:RiskTool.MSIL.WinTweaker.gen Добавил в исключения, все равно выскакивает сообщение что с ним делать? Нажимаю и добавить в доверенные, и игнорировать. И опять в 25-й раз спрашивает что с ним делать 🤣

Просмотрел весь kesl-control, кроме как kesl-control --app-info, где есть: ... Дата последнего запуска задачи Scan_My_Computer:... не нашел :( И моя задача - не "Scan_My_Computer" Подскажите кто знает как.

вообще запускаемые приложения должны автоматом получать правила подключения, в соответствии с группой, в которую их помещает компонент. А если приложения легитимные, то и попадать они должны в группу Доверенные, которым подключение разрешено.

This issue is caused by an incompatibility between Google Drive VFS driver and KES. There are no plans on making KES compatible with Google Drive. Workaround & Solution As a workaround, add files with Office extensions stored on the share to exclusions, this shouldn't lower protection, because Office creates a temporary copy of a document when it is opened, which will not be in the exclusion scope and will still be checked. Example for .xlsx files: Path\to\google\drive\folder\*.xlsx, where Path\to\google\drive\folder is replaced with an actual path.
