Kaspersky Password Manager

I am using Windows 10, 1909, with Chome browser extension. I just logged into a website where the password was not stored. The key symbol was in the ID and password fields, but said that the website isn’t in the password manager. I input my ID and password and it did not ask to save it. First time this has happened. Any idea why?

After the new installation of Kaspersky Password Manager, before the system restarts, the icon in the system notification bar disappears. Checking Task Manager shows that the gui process disappears and the service process is still there. Hallo, I have a problem with KPM in Firefox. The KPM extension seems to be installed and enabled in Firefox 69.0.3 (64bit). However, it does not seem to be working. As you cen see in the next picture, it is not in the list of extensions. Simply, I cannot see a “key symbol” on any log-in page. I tried reinstalling Mozilla Firefoox and KPM. I use the latest versions of both. Does anybody experience the same issue. Thanks.

Having already paid an annual subscription for Total Security am surprised to find I must pay a further £19.99 to upgrade to premium which will include Total Security so in effect am paying twice. Is this fair?

When I log into a few sites there is a key symbol which is unable to input over. I am using Chrome. What is this about and how can I fix it??

I was thinking about using the Password Manager, but got second thoughts after reading the EULA. But once the EULA is displayed, there is only one way to go, to press Accept button. There is no cancel button, and if you close the window it will be displayed everytime you reboot your PC.

Is it possible to store .xlxs and .doc files in the vault. I see that i could save files to vault only in pdf format. Any solution or idea on the above??

I have had to wipe my computer clean. I have Password Manager on my Android and wish to sync back to my newly downloaded Kaspersky Password Manager on my desktop to save doing all the passwords manually. Can somebody tell me how? Thanks in advance

I have been using Kaspersky Password Manager for about a year without many issues. However, recently, there is a very strange bug on my program. When I use the number bar above the QWERTY characters on the keyboard, it types some characters instead of the numbers. If I use Shift, it types the capitalized version of said characters, instead of these characters ! @ # $ %. This issue also happen at the start screen when the program asks me to input my master password also, making it very inconvenient (since I have special characters in my password) and insecure for me to unlock my passwords. I'm trying to import my passwords for Mcafee True Key to Kaspersky Password Manager. It seems that Kaspersky doesn't like the .csv file Mcafee created. Any solutions to this problem??? I have a lot of passwords... it would take a long time to enter them all by hand. Lol

Since this morning, I am getting in Chrome that I need to restart my computer as "This is needed to activate Kaspersky Password Manager extension". I have restarted twice now but no result. I also de-activated and activated again the extension, each time by closing Chrome, but the result stays the same. The password manager is working fine for the rest. Any ideas or solutions?

As per title, the key icon is not showing up although the add on is there and enabled. The command bar is displayed. Kaspersky Protection add on is there as well and shows properly.

Hello everyone, I'm trying to transfer my safe between LastPass (LP) and Kaspersky (K) for more than 300 sites. The explanations of both providers are clear, but there are gaps. But, I am stuck on the transfer of the data page from LP to K. I have a file of this data in Windows 10, it is called 1, without suffix, and it is generated by LP. The import by K does not work. In my password manager if I go to one of my entries and press open in browser all I get is a message saying "Data Synced", a few weeks ago pressing open in browser worked as it should but now nothing happens Also none of my passwords automatically log me in even though the autologin is selected again this was working ok a few weeks ago.

Hi there, I am trying to log into My Kaspersky. I had to change the password quite recently but My Kaspersky is saying that it is incorrect. The password that I am using is very strong and I know it well. The system is now threatening to lock me out if I get it wrong one more time and I don't know the implications of this. I'll reset the password if necessary but it won't let me do this without entering my current password!!!!!!! Can someone please help as this is getting silly and I am getting more and more frustrated! Thanks, in anticipation of your help. Ron.
