Hello Ysmak, To correct any licensing issues you must contact Kaspersky Support:

1. Either log into your MyKaspersky account: https://my.kaspersky.com/, log a request using the Kaspersky Password Manager template

Depending on your region , you may also be able to have an OnlineChat with a Kaspersky agent. As we don't know your location - this link https://support.kaspersky.com/us/b2c/US - is an example of what you will see, on the support page of your region. There's a section on the page where your Country can be selected. That will open a page with the (contact) support options available.
