I try to get refund but i dont have my order code , how can i get my order code and how can i get refund? Kaspersky is causing problems on my windows 10 64 bit computer so i want to refund and remove it at once.

I am new in the Kaspersky community so I am not used to the "common slang" yet. In the security report (KIS 20.0.0.829b) appears a message that a number of objects require attention. When I look in the details the "objects"are all in my backup disk, but I the full pathname is abbreviated because the length of the name doesn't fit in the window. How can I decide what to ignore or what to delete?

Full scan is planed every 1st day in month and when i open outlook 2019 kis stopped scan, when i close then KIS will continue. It is not full screen program for example game.

Good afternoon, I have experienced some problems with Kaspersky's secure payment function. When adding a new URL for a website, the website opens, but when I close it, and I try to open a different website added, it just doesn't open. Restarting Kaspersky is the same, only after restarting the computer can I access the website I want. But if you want to access another one, history repeats itself again.I tested it on 3 different computers and it happens the same on all, only one seemed to be working well again, but returned to the same.The three computers have Windows 10 in version 20H2 and Kaspersky in version 21.2.16.590 (c).I await reply.

It says I'm connected in a network named MARCELO3, though I only have two networks in my home, named "MARCELO" and "MARCELO2", and I've never configured my router to a network named MARCELO3. I registered myself with as DELETED my name and mail id DELETED as I made an online payment 31/03/2020 12:39 wherein my bank account got debited with the above amount. I didn't receive any confirmation message nor any activation coded. It just displayed a page saying payment not received redirecting to payment gateway. I'm just helpless now. KIS pushed version21.1.15.500 to me 9/8/2020. This AM pushed ver. 21.1.15.500 (b) to me. Ever since computer has been wonky. Firefox/IE browsers freeze, say I don’t have internet connection (though I do) have to close/reopen to continue; often have to re-boot machine to continue. Happening ever since push of version 9/8/202. Anyone?

I first tried to renew through the link in the forum, there I had to pay with a credit card (I don’t have one). So I got to this website : https://www.kaspersky.nl/renewal-center/home There Ican pay with a bank transfer in France …… ? Nexway. In the past it went through a firm in Luxemburg and a bankaccount in Belgium. It was also much cheaper, is there a catch ? I just hope I still can choose English when I install the software.

Hi Community of Kaspersky I bought a Kaspersky Internet Security licence for 3 years Everything is fine on version 20 but since January 1st (the first time) and now January 11st (second time) my Internet Security is updating automatically to the version 21 but my licence can’t activate (or can’t founded on My Kaspersky Account) The first time i uninstalled version 21 and install version 20 again, everything well but today is happens again. So, can i install the new version with my actual licence? or i need to rollback again to the version 20 and disable autoupdates? Any other option to avoid this problem? thanks for your answers Greetins
