Hi I just wanted to check the Kaspersky is always running in the background, in other words I don't have to scan to stay protected. I am using Kaspersky Internet Security.

Hey I recently bought Kaspersky Internet Security for my pc which has the operating system of Windows 10 Home.. with the Light mode it works fine.. But when I switched my pc to the dark mode, At first it seems very normal and as same as the light mode it worked fine.. But when I opened the Pc a day after, the three apps of the Kaspersky Internet Security had vanished, they uninstalled themselves.. Also when I checked for the updates for the windows, windows showed me a error 0x80080005.. and the microsoft store is downloading some C++ Redlist applications.. I have problems with KARPERSKY protection... is not funtional for cell phones and theres a advice of an app hiding a pemission request fo total control... thesres a solution for these problems or not...

My current license for Kaspersky Internet Security ends in 30 days. The Kaspersky program sent me a reminder to renew and provided a link. The cost is $79. I have used Kaspersky for about 15 years and am pleased with the product. Is there any downside to renewing this product via Amazon for $27. I am aware of the caution of downloading from sites that might not be as reliable as Kaspersky I trust Amazon on this one. If this acceptable - that is, to download the product from Amazon why would Kaspersky penalize existing and loyal customers for $79? I understand Kaspersky wants to attract new users and it is a business. But, I don’t understand this practice. …

I keep getting notifications that I don’t want. One is to use the VPN - I don’t want to be reminded of this every time I log in. I’ve set the KIS notification not to tell me about other products, but this seems to escape the filter. The other is to tell me that Quick Scan has finished with no errors. I’d like to be told if there are errors so I don’t want to disable this notification completely. I’m using KIS on Windows 10. Any ideas how to disable these notifications? This is similar to another topic here, but that’s using Kaspersky Cloud and doesn’t work here.

KIS keeps running rootkit scan every few hours automatically even after disabling ‘Search for software that is intended to conceal traces of malicious program in the system (rootkits)’ checkbox. Can someone please tell me what is going on and how do I stop it?

When I try to log in to where it says I should, then it says invalid password and order number/ it isn’t. I do NOT want to renew my Kaspersky. It should not be this hard and I want nothing from a company that makes it this hard. I have followed ALL instructions and nothing is working.

Is there any way to block microphone by KIS ? I am playing a game which have a bug to sent all the time sounds from my microphone. I can not block it in Windows10 because I would have to block all classic programs. (i want play the game while talking in communicator, but both are classic application in windows10 - game is not even there) I see in KIS, tool to block internet camera, but can not find tool to block microphone. I know that programs from other company(not kaspersky) have this feature. So maybe I am missing something.

Hello, i have renewed the license on my 10 devices for 2 years, after renewal all devices showed as disconnected and license as expired even after 24h. In my kaspersky the license show to be correct and active but on the devices is not. I have tried to disconnect deviced and rconnect them again, uninstall the software and reinstall it, reboot many times...nothing work Technical support doesnt reply to the cases that i have opened, i tried also to call them on the phone and they let you hanging there with no one to pick up the phone… To be honest im very upset about how there is no a live chat support in 2021 on such a big security company as Kaspersky. Totally not happy..…

Hi, My KIV license is expiring soon. I followed the “Renew license” option within the application and was directed to kaspersky.co.uk. The page states that “This licence is only for sale and activation within the United Kingdom, European Union and Falkland Islands.“. However, on checkout the only available countries are UK/Falkland Islands/Ireland. Being in Portugal, it looks like I could use that license, but on the other hand there is no such option on the country selection page. Would it be ok to set country as Ireland and purchase a license?

After installing Kaspersky, my laptop has become too slow and it is taking too much time to boot. After logging into user, it taken 5 mts for me to start functioning in laptop. May please appraise how to increase the speed.
