hi there , Its been two day and im keep getting this error message (the one in the picture). Also it keeps telling me that "trojan.Multi.GenAutorunProc.a" is infected memory object and you need to restart to clean it. it happen 3-4 time a time and after restart it goes well for few hours, then this cycle happens again.

"Kaspersky Protection" extension does not work in Opera. I'm adding it from the store but it's not working. I applied Kaspersky's support guides on this. (https://support.kaspersky.com/common/start/12782) I'm waiting for a solution on this. Opera Version: 92.0.4561.61 (Chromium Version 106.0.5249.168)

I have Kaspersky VPN Unlimited version, and currently (im pretty sure) it has been updated. I tried following the most recent tutorials, but pretty much every single one i clicked on was an older version. I am still trying to find out how to create exclusions for a certain site that is being blocked for no reason. Anyone that can help thank you!

Dear all I bought a license for Kaspersky today and went ahead and downloaded the application "Kaspersky Internet Security". I also want to clarify I am running it on Windows 10. When running the installer, Kaspersky wants to connect to a Kaspersky server, however, the problem is it never connects and when 5-10 min has passed it throws an error. Greetings, I was having a problem similar to what Jojo Mojo described in Kaspersky blocking Steam and MS Store Apps except with Path of Exile and the Battle.Net application. Path of Exile would get to the main login screen then produce an unexpected disconnect message when attempting to login. Attempting to uninstall and reinstall Path of Exile produces a condition where the main data package cannot be downloaded with Kaspersky enabled. I installed Windows 7 64bits (clean install) and I installed KIS 21.3.10.391, I noticed that KIS is blocking acces some website like Microsoft site page ! I tried those solutions https://support.kaspersky.com/common/safemoney/12489 But the warning message is still appear. Can you help me please.

I am using latest version of Kaspersky Internet Security Windows 11 PRO 22H2 My browser is Brave Browser with the latest build. I have enabled http/3 through Adguard Home. So under the same wifi network, on Android Mobile/Android Tablet http/3 is working. But on windows 11 computer, where kaspersky is installed, it's blocking the http/3 connection. (I have enabled quic support on the browser aswell) I have checked it using http3.is website. Please allow users to use http/3, it's faster.

I regularly scan my computer for viruses and problems. Recently, I’ve discovered a known “Malware” file called tr/Dropper.Gen5. This file has embedded itself in my Kaspersky Total Security subdirectory attached to the program file “AVP.EXE”. I am using a program called “Restoro” that reports this. Kaspersky does NOT see the file nor report it. Restoro sees the file and says it will be removed after fixing and a reboot, but after following their recommended procedures the file “tr/dropper.gen5” remains. Hi I'm installing Kaspersky Internet Security for MacOS on a new Macbook (running 12.5) and getting very poor download speeds - so low that on each of 4 attempts, it has timed out during the download phase each time. I have a pc with 4 GB RAM. In order to do work from home my company has instructed me to install Kaspersky. But it makes my pc very slow. I need to setup a user account to do my personal stuff without Kaspersky running background since it makes the pc fast. How can i do that?

I have been using KIS on a very old Windows 7 PC for many years and built up a long list (maybe 60) of sites to protect in Safe Money. That machine is totally dead now and I have a new one with Windows 10 and 1TB SSD storage. I installed KIS onto it and connected the old HDD as simply additional storage. I can see the entire file structure of KIS on the old HDD and am hoping that the list of protected websites is held in a file that I can somehow incorporate into the new installation on the SSD. Hello, I get the below message when I try to open my website (sanatabasla.com). It basically says: Prevented the download of a dangerous object. I do not have this problem in other computers without Kaspersky. Could this be a false positive, could you please check?

I am a long time user of Kaspersky and this past year I am not happy with all the pop ups generated from Kaspersky. Still is great at protection but I am seriously considering not buying again next year! This is a product meant to be run seamlessly in the background. Please get back to the old way of doing things!

I use KIS on a windows 10 PC and connect using WPA3 to a WPA3 router. KIS keeps telling me that my connection is insecure and that I should use its VPN. I thought at 1st that it was because I was using another VPN (Proton) via the windows client, so I removed it. I still get the "your wifi is insecure" "please use our vpn" message. Any clue? This is annoying. Does Kaspersky detect Rogue AP? Could the message be indicating that someone nearby has created a false AP and that I am really at risk or is this a bug?

Recently I am getting blocked from visiting websites due to certificate problems and I think it is Kaspersky that is doing this It is Kaspersky Internet Security. I cannot find the version number anywhere from the kaspersky control panel Is there a setting I can use to switch this off? Many thanks

So, I was having some troubles with my Spotify, and I thought it might've been something with Kaspersky, so I tried to restore my Kaspersky settings to default. After I reset them to their default, I was no longer able to play Roblox, I've had this issue before and I fixed it and I know it's with Kaspersky, I just forgot how to fix it, and I can't find the video I used to fix it either. (1) can I enter the 3 codes into a single computer to be covered for 3 years (2) how long after entering the code into 1 computer to I get to enter the codes into 2 others, ie. could I keep the codes safe for 1 year so I can resecure the computer, then use the last code after the next year has past.

Hi, wonder if anyone can help. I see when i was using Kasperksys Internet security in 'safe money' protection screen, it came up with quickforms saying' sponsored by quickforms'.. I did a quick Google search on it and it says it's spam, and that i should remove it. I have tried to remove it but i can't even find it. Can anyone if they know or have had similar experience give me their views or tips about 'quickforms' and if i really need to remove it if possible, or if it's okay to keep it like it is.
