?️Which Kaspersky software is stuck on "connecting", (the topic is in Kaspersky Internet Security section)? 

?️On the Windows taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About

  • IF you're referring to Kaspersky's VPN, please do the following: 
  1. Restart the application
  2. If restarting the application does not solve the issue, restart the computer, using Shutdown, not Restart, when the computer is completely OFF, power ON by pressing the power button, login, start the VPN, recheck the issue? 
  3. IF the issue persists, uninstall & reinstall the software or log a case with support, select either Chat or Email, select Connectivity issues, VPN-related issues template; support may request logs, traces & other data, they will guide you

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?

IF it's not Kaspersky's VPN that's the problem - please post a screen print of the stuck on "connecting" issue?
