I am developer of website trukker.ae. My users have kaspersky installed on their computers. Kaspersky is blocking my website from opening. Can anyone help? I dont know why it is showing unsafe and contains potential threats. My website is https.

Hello from old forum to the new comunity forum :) My problem is in application control (i noticed it randomly when i browsing detailed reports) I switched it to english language Shift+F12... App control blocking Sonic Suite 3 (SS3Svc32.exe and SS3Svc64.exe because reading memory from other processes) which is program for audio settings supplied along with Asus ROG products. A lot of this action is blocked.. And why i was not notifed about this?

I mistakenly bought an internet security instead of an antivirus. Can not I just use this license with Kaspersky AntiVirus?

Good morning and good Easter. I am running Kaspersky Internet Security 19.0.0.1088 (e) in Windows 10 1809 (OS Build 17763.437) I had to generate a GSI report because of an update issue. When reading the "avz_sysinfo.htm" file generated by GSI, I find that TCP Port 1024 has a NetSpy Trojan note. Am I infected?

I believe I have the exact same problem. First of all I use Kaspersky Internet Security on version: 19.0.0.1088(e) and my OS is Windows 10 Pro 64bit on version 1809. The update reaches 100% but it shows me that it failed. When I press "Failed" and open the "Detailed Reports" window it says: "Update databases and application modules" and below that "Not all components were updated", when I press "Details" I see the error: "Error updating component" and below that the word "KLAVA". The same happens to all the failed updates. Why do I have this problem? Is this a bug from Kaspersky? Thank you in advance.

Apple support has told me that they can't help me any further in regards to getting Itunes to recognize my phone as my security software is blocking the connection to recognize my iphone X. How do I fix this when all my setting say it is is allowing itunes? Thanks

I have reverted back to Chrome Extension 20.0.543.401 which resolved the problem I had when I tried to install 5.1.93.0. The problem was that my green shield on websites became grey. At that stage I was still on KIS 19.0.0.1088 (d) which may not have been ready to accept extension 5.1.93.0 I have a number of questions: Is there in fact any benefit in using 5.1.93.0 and if there is, where do I find it? Now that I am on patch (e) can I be sure that my green shield will not go grey again i.e. is patch (e) compatible with 5.1.93.0? Finally do I need to do anything anyway or will KIS after my upgrade to (e) eventually and automatically change my extension to the latest l…

I really hate when this happens in Kaspersky Internet Security for Android... Eliminate the “could not update databases” error My solution: databases should update automatically and only when connected to Wi-Fi. I have KIS 19.0.0.1088 (d) and the chrome extension is enabled and green but when I click on it it shows "Upgrade" button for Safe Money and "Anti banner" feature. I have a new License key with 353 days left. how can this be fixed? Thanks

I formatted my pc when it had the current key working. Then I tried to put the same key and it does not work. The program says "you have exceeded the maximum number of activations". I can no longer use the same key that has not yet won on the same computer?

I'm experiencing really crazy behavior with the Safe Browser of KIS18. I'm using Win7 SP1 64Bit , FireFox 66.0.3 64bit . It was working well in the last weeks/months/years, but since 2 days ago I'm only getting error messages. Berny I checked on my Chrome extension as well and discovered I had the previous version so removed it and installed the latest then rebooted. I already had the latest Chrome but downloaded it again. How ever I now have a grey K shield as opposed to the green one on all sites and when I click on it only the grey icon shows with a line through the eye in the middle the eye plus a grey line then X then another grey line plus a box with green dots in it. I've been having performance problems with Chrome recently. I can't really put a timescale on when it started (best guess around a week or so) as it showed up worse on some sites than others - originally leading me to think it was the sites I was accessing with the problem. Ebay seemed to be particularly bad when scrolling through lists of results - sticking and hanging. I switched to using Edge browser, and the problems immediately disappeared.
