Hello. 2 days ago my files were encrypted too. All files renamed to like 3441546223@qq_com_ncov [link disabled] id-EC5F4F57 It happened due to week password on my RDP. I used Windows defender (antivirus) and account was not Admin - it was user account without any system permissions. I am surprised, I expected that user’s account can’t raise permission for virus for encryption files... So I contacted with other antivirus vendors and all of them tell me, that files can’t be decrypted, because private key needed. I contacted with hacker his email [removed] and he offered me pay 3000 USB by BTC, but due one day he decreased price to 1500 USD ) I am not Kaspersky customer…

Though Private browsing and Anti banner is enabled while working in browser It keeps on refreshing and almost becomes impossible to work. Even some time if I try to write something in note pad it automatically keep on writing something in notepad mostly the current date of the system. The screen keeps on flickering during this attack and can’t work at all This goes around for around 1 minute and then again becomes stable. Surprisingly it never happens when I work on Kaspersky website

As per the topic, what if the browser has a zero day vulnerability that is being exploited ? How does Kaspersky handle that situation. It appears that even with Safe Money being activated, the computer would still be compromised. Anyone have more to add ?

Do I need to register/create an account or provide my e-mail address in order to activate the 30 day test version of the program? When the test version expires I can buy a key from an “offline” shop. Can I activate the program with this key only or do I need to provide my e-mail address and create an account/register?

Yesterday i did a scan with kaspersky internet security and today it is gone. i tried to open the program but there are no files of the program. the antivirus program and the safe money both were deleted.

it doesnot secure my file. bad antivirus decryptor also doesnot work bad bad

Will they show information normal AV cannot? Like things that a AV specialist can deduce by themselves? Thanks

HI All, I renewed my Kaspersky Licence from my kaspersky account. But until now I did not receive any email or ther is nothing on the kaspersky account. Only availble proof is the deduction in my bank account. The time upto now is about 30min. Apprecuate someone could help me on this.

Whenever i use Full Scan, i find that the total files scanned is totally different from previous one. Sometimes its 0.35 Million ,sometimes its 0.5 M, or 1 M. My settings is ---- High Security Level for every scan , All Files types, Deep Scan Heuristic Analysis.

This is more of a feature request that I hope others will get behind. I love the Webcam protection...But the notification that pops up needs to have an option to no longer warn you when certain apps are being used or to hide the notification after a preset amount of time. I use OBS a lot and I would love the option to timeout the warning after so many seconds for certain apps or shut it off entirely. Currently you allow all apps to access with a warning that allows you to deny access after the fact. Perhaps reversing that system and adding a user manually allow dialog would be safer. Can scanning the files in advance accelerate the daily uses? By user mannual if the iswift is turned on, scanning in advanced can avoid scanning it twice, yet every time the database is updated the software have to rescanit, even if the file hasn’t been changed? So scanning the entire disk in advanced has very little help, is that correct? I remember some Product (e.g. Eset and Avast) offers a mode so that if the programme feels certain about a file, it won’t rescan it even if the database is updated. It seems somehow a firewall packet rule named “Remote Desktop” became inactive itself automatically, is this normal? I’m using KIS 20 0 14 1085 (k) is this because I disabled remote desktop connection from gpedit.msc? I’m using Windows 10 1903 professional, any idea why is that rule turned off itself? Hi to all, I have a device (a GigE camera) attached to a NIC of my Windows 10 PC, and I don’t need Kaspersky filter driver on it. The filtering slows down dramatically the image transfer, and at high transfer rates, images got lost. Same KIS version, same application on a Windows 7 PC: no issue. I read on some Kaspersky support page that the filter driver is hidden in Windows 10. However I found out how to uninstall it. After that, the camera images transfer functions properly. But I need the filter driver back on the other NIC interfaces, the one connected to the web or a LAN. How can I do that? Stefano P.

Hey, I am using Kaspersky Internet Security 2020 on my Windows 10 laptop for a few months but this week the same program stopped working. I tried reinstalling the program again. It has been installed but no shortcuts created not even in windows start menu but present in Program Files x86 folder. I’m using MS-Windows and I installed Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware. Then KI notified it prevented MBAMService.exe to access the memory of other processes. (1) Does it mean A-R not working? Despite the notification, A-R is working properly? (2) Is there some procedure to allow A-R? Or KI is not compatible with A-R? --- I don’t install Malwarebytes suit itself. Only A-R. I recently installed Kaspersky Internet Security, but my mac started to work slowly, and finally, none of the web browsers worked. At the begging did not happen that but in a couple of days, the browsers stopped working. So I decided to uninstall Kaspersky. Is there a solution to these issues?.
