KIS 2021 background network activity

Hello !! I have downloaded the "NetLimiter" program on my pc and there is some strange to me net activity on Kaspersky, as I can see the kis always download something in background (around 200-400 kbps maybe even more or less). Can anyone tells me whats that, is it normal ??

I think I've made a mistake, it's not Kb/s it's B/s and I assume it's normal and this time now it's down to 0 B/s. Sorry guys. The thread can close now.
