Hi!

I had the message appear on my mac from time to time:
extension signed by “Kaspersky Lab UK Limited” which will be incompatible with a future version of macOS.

I have no kaspersky software installed, but it still shows the message. I’ve tried to manually remove those extensions, but it seems they appear again after reboot. How could I solve this?

1. It’s unusual to get the msg if there’s no Kaspersky software installed, has there ever been Kaspersky software🤔
2. On the browsers in use, has a full Reset been done? 

• Raise a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, follow template as in the image, include detailed history, images & System Report & system.log file; request their analysis of the data & advice:

 

• After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will communicate with you, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.
