I try for days to send report to Kaspersky to help me transfer license from old , broken computer to new one: but always got same error . So how to contact Kaskpersky when server is down for days???? I just have a really simple question. Does Kaspersky Internet provide adblock? because I don't have adblock on my computer and I get webpages that I can't use because it says I have adblock….. That's quite irritating, considering, I don't know how to allow that webpage access. Also if Kaspersky does include adblock, can anyone tell me how I get it to allow certain webpages? HI all, As the title describes my problems is the huge DPC latency occured by Kaspersky Internet security. I have a huge DPC with crackling sound. I reinstalled the windows 10 64 bit , tried multiple versions from 1607 to 1903 then I found out the culprit is the KIS. All my drivers are up to date with bios together no problem running smoothly anything until I installed and tested the system. Kaspersky overwrites the NDIS driver causing huge spikes in the system only by watching a simple youtube video. I am running a MS-Windows 10 BYOD laptop in a corporate environment. The company uses PAC (proxy auto-config) configuration and requires each user to login into the proxy for network access (same credentials as domain login). So the network proxy is not transparent. Kaspersky Internet Security (home version) is constantly prompting me to login in. Hi A.., I am getting a warning dialog box saying "cannot guarantee authenticity of the domain to which encrypted connection is established" through Microsoft outlook when it is trying to connect to pick up mail from a live.com.au account. I know this site is safe so want to add it to a whitelist or somehow allow Kaspersky to ignore the problem. Can anyone help me with this?

I recently bought a new license for Kaspersky Internet Security (cheaper than renewal). Do I need to reinstall the software or just let the new license take effect when the current one expires (as it says will happen)?

Before I ask, I did look up on how to uninstall and came across this link: https://help.kaspersky.com/KIS4Mac/16.0/en.lproj/pgs/118671.htm It says to open the DMG file from the website but, all I find is the installer, nowhere do I see the option to uninstall, as it says in the instructions.
